Mythical beasts, tall tales and dramatic scenery: explore the beauty of Scotland in a day on this one day coach tour.
Leaving from Edinburgh, we head northwest passing famous landmarks such as Linlithgow Palace: birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots, the mystical Kelpies, and the dramatically perched Stirling Castle.
Continuing north we arrive in Glencoe for some photos of the dramatic ridges called the Three Sisters.
We stop in the Fort William area for lunch before heading into the natural beauty of the Great Glen as we pass Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis.
Heading further into the highlands we arrive in the small picturesque village of Fort Augustus - you can choose to take part in an optional boat cruise here.
The road home will be time to relax and take in the Highland scenery. Final refreshment stop is at the historic town of Pitlochry before continuing the journey home over the Firth of Forth alongside UNESCO Forth Rail Bridge enroute back into Edinburgh.

Callander
Our first stop for refreshments and a comfort break is Callander, where you will have a chance to grab a snack and stretch your legs. If you're lucky enough, you may have the chance to meet the Highland Cows (season dependant).
Loch Tulla Viewpoint
We make a brief stop in this scenic location to take in the views across Loch Tulla and Glen Orchy

5.00We arrived in Scotland after spending a week touring all of Ireland, and this one tour completely blew every other tour out of the water. Keith is, without question, the best tour guide we’ve ever encountered. He is authentic, sincere, funny, and brilliant. The way he wove his personal story into the day made the experience feel like a journey through his life. His seamless blend of music, anecdotes, and educational insight is truly an art form. His ability to capture the Highlands as a full five-sense experience makes this feel like so much more than a tour, it becomes a story you’re experiencing firsthand. He was born to do this. His genuine love for what he does, this company, and Scotland itself is unmatched. The pride he takes in sharing his heritage and homeland makes it feel like a close friend is personally showing you around. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. The tour itself was unbelievable. Most of the sites are so stunning, you can barely believe you’re seeing them with your own eyes — pictures truly don’t do them justice. While the tour lasts 12 hours, the time on the bus feels like part of the experience rather than downtime. The effortless storytelling and rich information woven throughout the day make the time fly by. We stopped so often that it never felt like we traveled as far as we did, yet we managed to see so much of the Highlands in a single day. Loch Ness was breathtaking, and the boat tour was absolutely worth it. And the bonus of seeing the Highland cows was the perfect cherry on top — they are magnificent, and the setting felt like witnessing them in their natural habitat. My only recommendation is for the company to improve the listing, it truly undersells how extraordinary this tour is. We had trouble picturing what the day would look like and ultimately trusted the glowing reviews and reasonable price, and we’re so glad we did. Updated photos and a more detailed description would better reflect just how incredible this experience truly is. Just do this tour. You won’t regret it.

5.00This is such a perfect tour for people who love to take a picture and not stay for too long (10-15 mins) The group was not too large so it did not feel packed at all. Very reasonable space and tour guide informed us about bathrooms along the way. I had an incredible time as a solo traveler. I would do another tour again possibly with groups of friends next time.

5.00It sounds like a long day, but the time FLIES by. So many incredible sights, and plenty of stopping points for pictures. Even raining, I would 1000% recommend this tour. Keith was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, funny, attentive, and honestly made the experience for me. Told lots of stories, played music to go with said stories, and made the entire day incredibly fun. Definitely do this!

5.00Beautiful views of the highlands and a very informative and entertaining guide/driver (Alastair). Definitely worth coming out for. The Loch Ness boat ride is very pretty but slightly underwhelming however I’m not sure staying in town waiting is a better option. Overall I definitely recommend!

5.00We booked this trip last minute. Wasn’t expecting much but it turned out to be a great trip to the highlands and Loch Ness. Our tour guide driver was Alastair. He kept the long bus rides to and from entertaining with the stories and fun facts of the region and Scotland. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
