our guy was wonderful. He made sure we got everywhere and saw so many wonderful things. He would always park and drop us off right next to the attraction so we didn't have to walk. The attractions were just so fabulous.

Penang hill and a ride with a buggy at the top was memorable. We did not have time to walk the sky bridge as it was very hot. But the environment was clean and everybody very friendly and helpfull.

The driver ‘adapted’ the itinerary to suit and we never even went to Georgetown !! The reason I chose this trip!! 2 hours before the end I asked if we were now heading there and told me we had no time! If I wanted to book him another day I would neee 5 hours!! Considering the whole trip was 6 hrs it made no sense why I would need 5 hours just for Georgetown! Instead we were taken to coffee shop and print shop - obviously with a view to purchase items where we were just followed around. Disappointing considering the cost of the trip to miss the one main thing we wanted to see

It wasn’t an English speaking tour guide, it was just a taxi driver. The lady didn’t have any knowledge of what she was talking about. She just drove us around and dropped us at different places without giving any explanation. We asked how many people lives in Penang and she said:”a lot “ What is the white coffee?,and she answered:Oh it’s good “ We went to a Temple and after being in line for 30 minutes she bought us tickets to go to the middle, instead of going to the top as she was supposed.

Exploring Penang with Mr. Ong as our tour guide was an unforgettable experience that perfectly showcased the island’s rich culture, history, and cuisine. His deep knowledge of Penang’s heritage brought places like George Town, Kek Lok Si Temple, and Penang Hill to life, while his passion and personal anecdotes made every stop engaging and memorable. The itinerary was expertly planned, balancing iconic landmarks with hidden gems, and his culinary recommendations—ranging from street food delights to traditional Nyonya dishes—were a highlight of the tour. Mr. Ong’s warm personality, seamless planning, and genuine enthusiasm made the day both enriching and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Penang, Mr. Ong is the guide you need to truly experience the heart of the island. He goes the extra mile.
