Visit Zaanse Schans traditional wooden windmills and distinctive green wooden houses which were relocated there to recreate the atmosphere of an 18th/19th-century village. Duration is about 1.5 hours including visits with demonstrations at cheese factory and wooden shoes factory. Photo stop at the bank of Zaan River for the best panoramic view of all the windmills.
Kooijman Souvenirs & Clogs Wooden Shoe Workshop
(This part is included in Zaanse Schans) Visit wooden shoes factory to learn about history of traditional Dutch clogs. Attend a workshop with demonstration of how clogs are made. Try fitting wooden shoes to have a feeling of wearing wooden shoes. Some free time for souvenirs shopping.

5.00We had a good time on the trip. We were taken in a comfortable car and Cherry was lovely through out the day. The best part was the private boat on Giethoorn and we were allowed to even ride it :)

5.00Cherry organised three 3 days tours in The Netherlands and Brussels for my mom and aunties who are all over 65 years old, she took care of them and very thoughtful. Cherry also offered a free walking tour in Amsterdam in the last day for them. They really enjoyed the time in Netherlands. Thank you Cherry for providing such nice experience to them!

5.00Boats can be rented everywhere, unnecessary to book in advance. Boat trips in different distances possible. No experience required, easy to drive. Such a boat trip is highly recommended to get acquainted with the surroundings.

5.00The arrangement of the whole trip is very careful, also due to the needs of family members to make some small adjustments, especially the guide Cherry even thought that the children might want to eat ice cream and let our family have a fairly profound experience and visits in Oakland Village, from the factory also specialized to ask a staff member to introduce the production process for our family of four individually, our two teenage children were very happy. Highly recommend this tour and this tour

5.00Had the best time on a small group tour with Cherry Tours! She was such a great tour guide — very attentive and passionate about her work. She explained everything about each place in great detail, was calm and patient, and took really good care of me. The minivan used for transportation was also excellent — very comfortable to ride in. I’ll definitely be back to use the service again🥰🙌🏼🇳🇱
