Hiking with packing goats is a unique way of discovering nature and these amazing animals that are intelligent, funny, and affectionate.
Guests will be amazed at the sight of a huge beaver dam on the lake, the abundant wildlife, and the beautiful Quebec forest and landscapes. Watching a real shepherd dog is also a treat and fresh and homemade picking is the perfect way to end a memorable day.

Upon meeting with a professional woodsman and guide, guests will learn about packing goats and go on a hike in the Quebec backcountry to learn about wildlife and discover amazing landscapes. We will visit an impressive beaver dam, learn about tracking animals, and have a delicious picnic in the woods. Our goats are super friendly, love to cuddle, and enjoy taking selfies with guests of all ages. It is truly a unique and memorable experience.

5.00We did the winter version of this tour and let me tell you it was beyond fantastic. My kids are 13, 11, and 8 and they said it had everything they loved, showshoes, hiking, a campfire, good food, and GOATS (and Luna the dog.) Francois was lovely and great with everyone. We loved hearing all the stories, looking at the amazing scenery, and hanging with the coolest new goat friends. I cannot say enough great things about this tour. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience!

5.00Enjoyed all of it. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was well worth it. Memories and great food. Highly recommend this unique experience with snowshoes and goats.

5.00Rafael was an excellent guide! We had the best day hiking with the goats and the snow added to the beauty to the woods. Lunch was delicious!

5.00Such a great experience! Francois, our guide, was knowledgeable and managed everything superbly. Our goat friends were Buzz, Sven and Theo; they were very well behaved most of the time; just cheeky enough to be fun. It was really nice to get out of the city and see some of the beautiful natural environment of Quebec. Lunch was tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend.

5.00Francois and his dog Luna and goats Theo and Frankie were a blast! It was a great hike to a picturesque beaver pond. The lunch was the perfect touch. Francois was super knowledgeable about the history, ecosystem and wildlife in the area. And we learned so much about goats and his well trained dog Luna - a bundle of energy.

5.00This was an amazing adventure. I highly recommend. Francois was a knowledgeable tour guide knowing much about the beautiful forest we hiked. Of course the goats and Luna the dog were everything ! Hand made picnic lunch was divine. We want to come back and do every season !!
