La Bûche - A 3-course tasting with a Québécois pea soup, pâté chinois, and maple taffy
On Sundays and Mondays, BEClub Bistro being closed, we visit Hortus
Comptoir Boréal - We stop in this local gem to taste a traditional Qc cream fudge and 1/2 croissant
Maison Livernois - Poutine! Adult + Alcohol tickets receive a Québécois gin pairing.
BEClub Bistro - Brisket, mashed potatoes, gravy. Adult tickets receive a local wine ( 2oz glass).

5.00Definetly come with an empty stomache! All the restaurants we went to came with lovely stories, and there were a few stops we made along the way to learn a bit about Quebec's history. The food itself was great, there were lots of meals I may not have ordered myself, so it was fun to try new foods. The portions, in my opinion, are more than enough to fill you up, so I would say don't worry about leaving hungry. Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating with dietary restrictions. This experience is perfect for couples, friends, or families alike.
Great for a first visit to Quebec.

5.00Marie was very knowledgeable and was able to deliver the information with ease and joy. She also gave suggestions on other places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Would highly recommend for people visiting Quebec for the first time.

5.00Claude was a terrific guide - excellent command of local/national history. He was friendly and engaging. We enjoyed all of the stops on the tour and ate at several great restaurants we had read about in travel guides/posts. Our favorite dishes were the duck carpaccio and lions mane mushroom at La Buchette; and the maple taffy at La Bouche. Our teenage daughter also gave the experience two thumbs-up!
