Overall from start to finish a great experience. Our tour guide Laila and bus driver Nelson were the kindest and friendliest people. No rush , while at the same time being everywhere on time with enough breaks. The bus itself was a double decker and a very comfortable ride. I have been to the south rim of the rim back in the past, but this time was with my son to the west rim. We spent time marveling the ancient rock formation and just standing in awe at the Eagle Point and Guano Point . We had a glimpse of some samples of village life of the old tribes from this region. Sky Walk was excellent and gives a good view of the depth of the Canyon ....multiple photo opportunities overall from where you can see the Colorado river gently flowing. Luckily it was a not a very hot day....and still by end of the day you are really tired. The food ( if you purchased ) was decent and there is plenty of bottled water as well. Overall the trip was great , especially with a very patient guide, who was pretty knowledgeable as well. I forgot to add...there is a small detour to Hoover Dam without getting off the bus and you can get a glimpse of the mighty dam and a lot of stories from the guide about how Boulder City came to being from the depression days.

i paid for lunch , i did not get lunch , and they were confused and stressed us about skywalk. they had no knowledge that we paid for lunch and skywalk. did not get lunch and for skywalk we had to talk to so many people and show them receipts. they also made us wait so long at the place after the sightseeing

Great trip. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast, grab a croissant from hotel etc as a lot of money for not great food.

Great day and Laila our guide was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful with commentary throughout the trip as we passed Boulder City, Lake Mead, Joshua Trees and other points of interest en route. Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam are must sees! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is how unnecessarily long the day is. We were picked up from a different hotel to our own so we left ours just after 5am. The tour stops to collect pre ordered breakfast and then it’s onto Hoover Dam and then the Grand Canyon. The tour bus stops again on the way back to The Strip at the same place as the breakfast stop. When the day is already so long and people have other plans for the evening it hardly seems worth the stop with just 40 mins to go. We got back to our pick up point around 6:30pm when it could have been around an hour earlier.
