3.00This was a great way to get to the Grand Canyon, but what spoiled it for me was the rude host, Kevin. He was mean to many of the passengers (not me) because they asked him additional questions. And then on the way back, he spent 30 minutes talking about how much we should tip him. He said that if we don't tip him enough, and then accidentally leave, say, our cell phone on the bus, that he wouldn't help that person get it back. I normally tip very well, but after that speech, I put his tip back in my purse. Everything else was fine.

5.00A Jaw dropping experience. Kevin, our tour operators kept us all entertained throughout. Nelson, our bus driver was so experienced in that route and took us all carefully. Food and refreshments were good. Overall an enriching experience and for us it is once in a life time trip to the Canyon. If an opportunity presents itself again, i would definitely go for it.

4.00Others need to be made aware you will likely NOT be picked up at your hotel like the Viator rep advised which is why we booked this tour specifically in the first place. You find out at 8:00 in the evening via e-mail or text and have to be prepared to plan. I do not feel this was the tour company’s fault but rather Misled by Viator reps twice. The tour itself was amazing and did not disappoint. Ladies can bring a larger tote bag but no backpacks at all. That said, the tour was very informative and plenty of water was provided.
