1.00Due to this tour being cancelled last minute due to not having enough participants, we were offered the Baden Baden tour instead. So, this review is for that trip since I did not get an updated booking/reservation. The Baden Baden, Black Forest tour was horrible! Unsafe driving, tour guide (Willie) was horrible and spoke more about other vehicle license plates (the entire day) and very few remarks about history or culture. Late starting the tour, to get gas! Rushed through every stop, no time to go into a shop/bakery or get lunch. Willie, who was the driver and tour guide made a personal stop to drop something off while we sat in the van. Seems he was more focused on his own agenda. Don’t waste your money! Regarding my unsafe comment, he was traveling 160-180 kilometers on the autobahn in a severe rain storm. Cutting other cars off and getting many jesters from angry drivers. Avoid!

5.00Thomas was cordial and very knowledgeable about the entire area even on the autobahn. He gave info about towns and famous people making the 2 hour ride seem much shorter. The trip was delightful.

1.00Cancelled tour with no notice. Arrived for departure and tour guides said tour was cancelled that day and offered other excursions. Totally bizarre, do not recommend.
Long day but totally worth it. Fantastic guide

5.00We were scheduled for an all day tour of Rothenburg Au Tabor but due to our tour guide being ill we were asked if we would be okay joining the Rothenburg/ Heidelberg tour. Our tour guide Tom was amazing and we spent plenty of time at both places.. Tom made sure we saw everything and had enough free time to explore on our own. I highly recommend this tour.

4.00I enjoyed our day trip to Rothenburg, but I would not do it again. It was too far to travel for a day trip. The driver George gave us the option of traveling via the autobahn or taking a more scenic route with some stops. We and the other couple did decide to do the scenic route, but that took much longer than I expected. That left us with too little time in Rothenburg. On the way back I felt totally unsafe in the van traveling at the speed that is driven on the autobahn. But that was just me.
