24, 25, 31 December and 1 January the Palace of Pena and the Quinta da Regaleira will be closed.
In cases where the Palacio da Pena or the Quinta da Regaleira are closed due to natural events (such as storms or fire risk), other alternate places will be visited, such as the National Palace of Sintra and the Palace of Queluz. The tour will not be cancelled in these situations
The guide may need to speak more than one language during the tour
This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants. If you cancel due to failure to comply with this number, a new date or full refund will be presented.

5.00Up hill walking in Sintra. Be prepared! But it is beautiful and an amazing experience with so much history and art to review. The tour and the guide were perfect for our small group. The speed and the places seen were adjusted to fit the needs of the people in the tour. No cookie cutter experience with this group.

5.00Our group of four,plus 2 friendly travellers had a great time with Miguel on our full day tour to Sintra starting with picked at our hotel to drop off. Calling the way Miguel gave us some much information about Lisbon and the surrounding areas from the moment we got in the clean air conditioned Mercedes van with our fellow travellers. Starting with a breakfast snack and the two palaces then off to lunch and the beach to see the "mouth of hell." We could ask for a better guide to mix fun facts, historical information and national pride into the stories and guided walks through chapels, gardens and up palace stairwells. The climbs to the palaces were worth it leading to beautiful views of the surrounding area. Clear we were not only learning more than all the other around us, but having fun. Setting up the trip was fast and easy with great communication between the company and Miguel with lots of updates. We recommend this tour and have already sent people their way for next month. Thank you Marta and Miguel for making our time in the Lisbon area memorable. We had a lovely lunch as a small local restaurant away from the normal tourist crowds to continue the conversation about the local food, wine, music and history.

5.00Tiago was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable about all of the sites and had a super friendly demeanor. All of the sites were cool, a good mix of history, architecture, and nature. We stopped for lunch at a local spot with very fresh fish. Overall, would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see Sintra and more!
