Obidos
Start your journey toward the town of Óbidos, where we will start with a guided tour accompanied by our expert local guide. Completely surrounded by ancient walls and preserving all its medieval charm, Óbidos is one of the most famous and visited places in Portugal, a must-see in the surroundings of Lisbon. The narrow cobbled streets that can be seen in Óbidos will immediately transport you to a medieval atmosphere. These streets are home to perfectly preserved old houses, historic buildings, important monuments and, dominating the historic center in the highest part of the village, the Castle of Óbidos, declared one of the 7 wonders of Portugal.

5.00Excellent experience! We never would’ve been able to see these amazing cities without this brilliant tour. Our tour guide Francisco was wonderful presenting history to us very clearly. He also gave us good instructions about how to approach each of the three cities so we made maximum use of our time. He was gentle, but careful that we stayed on schedule for such an ambitious day. The first stop Obidos was like a fantasy, which we were lucky to see during Christmas Celebration. The second stop Nazaire was a lovely breath of fresh sea air with great stories. The jewel of the trip is Porto where we enjoyed amazing Portuguese lunch. We opted to include the lunch, which we recommend. The walking tour of Porto was astounding. By the time the day was over, we felt we had seen and enjoyed so very much.

5.00I was so impressed with Francisco‘s knowledge of the area. He takes a lot of pride in Portugal and it shows through his explanations. It was a very pleasant visit to all three cities, and Carlos the driver did a great job getting us there.

5.00Really fun and informative tour. We learned a lot about Portugal and its history, walked through Obidos all decorated for Christmas like a Christmas market, saw the waves of Nazere, and the beautiful historic city of Porto. Francisco was a super guide with so much history to share. We had an absolutely fabulous lunch with so many Portuguese delicacies. Carlos drove us hundreds of kilometer and kept us safe & on time.

5.00Super informative experience which you could visit 3 different cities and learn about their unique histories and cultures in just one day! Besides Francisco who was very knowledgeable about history, we especially enjoyed the local tour in Porto with Maria who took good care of her group, adjusted her pace to ensure everyone could follow and was passionate about sharing the best of Porto with us! Highly recommend this tour to families who are short on time and want to visit more places when they can.

5.00Francisco is a historian and great guide. We loved hearing from him on the ride but toured each city on our own, which he left as an option as he guided those who wanted a group tour. In Porto we spent most of our time at the city market Balhao —food was amazing, many restaurants on second floor. Even though it was a rainy day we were able to get lovely photos of Porto and seaside villages. Highly recommend

5.00We had a very nice trip to Obidos, Nazare, and Porto from Lisbon. Our guide, Francisco, and driver, Catlos, are very good. Francisco is so knowledgeable about the history makes the trip so interesting. I would recommend this tour to our friends and families

5.00good,amount of time in Porto. Francisco, Maria And Carlos did a good job taken care of us. overall worth to join. just wish we,can have more,time in each spot. I know we,only has 24 hrs,a,day lol.
