  Great guide. So knowledgeable. So much to see! I’d try to do a two day trip if I was going to do it again.

  The beauty of the places visited as that of the panorama speak for themselves; even in adverse weather the feeling was that of being immersed in a fairytale landscape. To make this experience unique was our super guide Antonella, who with her preparation, professionalism, culture and sympathy made every visit compelling. Not only did he provide us with an exhaustive and detailed explanation, but he did so in a smooth and compelling way, enriching the stories with historical “gems” and curiosities that captured the interest of the entire group. Thanks also to the driver, Tiago (I hope I wrote it right), who escorted us in the rain and to the guide (I apologize, but I can not remember the name) of the Spanish friends with whom we shared the bus for the moments of conviviality shared during the trip.   We had an incredible time on this excursion! It was the perfect blend of history and art. It was about 3/4's guided and 1/4 free time. Tons of opportunity to use the restroom and accommodations were very comfortable. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful during the day. Just a note that you cannot eat or drink on the bus! So be sure to eat a good meal before and pack snacks to have on the stops. We added a day to our stay to do this trip and we are SO GLAD we did. We would have regretted it horribly if we hadn't.

  Excellent full day trip with brilliant guides and coach driver Hugh. Lu was our main guide and he was terrific His knowledge, story telling and humour made our day. What a natural orator. Miriam ( who demonstrated amazing opera singing on the tour) was brilliant too. Thank you both so much for making this a very special day.

  They were very informative and made sure we all had the breaks we needed climbing those amazing hills. Places are amazing!

  Wear comfy shoes as there’s a decent amount of walking, but well worth the free workout! Although one of the spots wasn’t available due to a road race, we did get to spend some free time in Cascais.

  It was a good experience, very knowleageable tour guides and a lovely tour group. Loved every minute of it. Day started well, comfortable coaches, well timed and a lovely day out even though it rained for quite a bit.   The times to visit each of the points of interest were comfortable. He took advantage of the day. Our guide made the explanations very entertaining.
