  Very nice experience, the Travel was long but the van very confortable. The guide told a lot of stories about japan and fuji and found for us a marvellous onsen where we had a both with the Fuji view and a good lunch Thanks for all

  I got an amazing service . Mike was fantastic very clear with information . Very kind and flexible with stop overs. Car was comfortable . Gave us all the information about the place .explained in detail .it was a Fantastic experience .

  We were a group of 7 with 3 kids and Mike who was our Driver & Guide was very helpful in tailoring a great day. From being on time in the morning, clear communication on day’s agenda and detailing options as well as suggesting alternatives to suit the interest of the group as we went along was key to a good experience on a long day out. The flexibility of a private customisable tour especially with young kids is recommended and Sakura tours and Mike do a fab job in offering this.

  We had a great time on this tour. We were 2 families, including 3 kids. Mike was helpful with suggestions and very accommodating. The pirate ship ride was nice, but the ropeway travel was even better and the Skywalknn related activities delighted our kids.

  The view really makes you think about moving here when you are old. I was in Japan for business and booked a Hakone and Fuji tour on my day off. Communication was easy and the itinerary was flexible, so we could adjust times around my schedule. We enjoyed the view of Lake Ashi, did the cruise and ropeway, then continued to Mount Fuji area. The driver-guide was experienced and communicable, explained spots before we arrived and helped with discounted shopping at Gotemba. It felt like a proper break in the middle of work.

  I regret that we did not come on a sunny day, we had clouds and I can imagine it is even better with blue sky. Still, our Hakone trip with family was wonderful. We enjoyed Lake Ashi, the ropeway and the famous black egg spot, all in one day. The driver kept the itinerary flexible, letting us choose how long to stay at each place, and always checked if we needed a break or a snack. Even with the weather not perfect, the views from the ropeway and by the lake made it a very memorable escape from Tokyo.

  I regret that I did not come earlier. We went with friends to Mount Fuji, visiting Arakura Sengen shrine, Lake Kawaguchi and a few other spots around the area. The weather was clear, so the view of the mountain was really strong all day. Our driver-guide was calm, patient, and explained the plan in simple words, which made everything easy even for people who normally don’t like tours. We had enough time to walk, take photos and just enjoy the air near the lakes without feeling rushed.

  It was so good that I am still thinking about it now. We did Hakone with Lake Ashi and the ropeway, then added a Fuji day with the same company. The pirate cruise on the lake was fun and we had beautiful panoramic views from the ropeway. Our driver-guide was very friendly, answered every question and kept the schedule flexible so we could stop for extra photos when the mountain looked especially nice. Having the same person drive us again made it feel even more personal and smooth.
