Japanese Covered Bridge
Japanese Covered Bridge – Built by the Japanese in the 17th century, this iconic wooden bridge includes a small temple and is a symbol of Hoi An. It features intricate carvings, a roofed walkway for shelter, and represents the cultural exchange between Japan, China, and Vietnam.
Fukian Assembly Hall (Phuc Kien)
Fujian Assembly Hall – Originally built by Chinese merchants from Fujian in the late 17th century, this hall is dedicated to Thien Hau, the goddess of the sea who protects sailors. The site features ornate gates, colorful mosaics, dragon statues, and a spacious main hall used for worship and community gatherings.
