  Our tour guide Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He also took a lot of photos during the Coconut Boat experience for us to remember. I highly recommend this tour.

  The tour was very disorganized from the beginning. My friend and I booked the package to include Marble Mountain, but the timing was not properly accounted for in taking us there and then to Hoi An with all the other hotel pick ups. The tour guide left us at Marble Mountain to explore while he returned back to DaNang to pick up others from hotels. We were waiting for over an hour for him to return to pick us up and then carried on to Hoi An. We were also told on the tour that due to timing of the start of the tour some places were now closed so we were not going to be able to see them in Hoi An. Why would a tour be scheduled to start at 2 PM if the timing did not allow to see all the locations?? The tour guide did not share any explanation of the locations or history - something we really could have done on our own. Also he seemed very disinterested in dealing with us.

  This trip was badly planned and even more terribly executed. They tried to fit too many people in the van, which means they took too long, picking them up from scattered hotels. That meant we could not get to any of the events on time and after the stay at the coconut resort and a very mediocre dinner, there was no time left to visit anything in Hoi An and Capt the night market. The guide was mostly silent, seemed distracted, condescending and had little information about the tour the city or what people had booked from his company. He just kept saying “not my problem. Contact the company.”

  We had an incredibly fun time on the coconut boat ride, thanks to the skilled and experienced coracle rowers. For a small additional fee, they offered a thrilling "rollicking" experience, complete with the option to add lively dance activities, which made the ride even more memorable. While the spot is undoubtedly touristy, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tour package included entry tickets to the Hoi An market, a basic coconut boat ride (without add-ons), and a dining option. For dinner, we could either opt for a small pre-arranged meal or receive a credit of 80,000 VND per person towards the bill at a restaurant of our choice. It's worth noting that while a guide is included in the tour, their role is quite limited. They don't add much to the experience itself beyond basic coordination. The real support comes from the driver, who takes you to both locations and brings you back to the hotel. If you're comfortable planning it yourself, you could have the same experience for a fraction of the cost, as the guide's contributions are minimal apart from the convenience of transportation.

  Very very overpriced for what it was, you could get a super cheap taxi yourself to do this trip for a fraction of the price
