Having traveled extensively and experienced many lounges around the world, we can honestly say this was the worst lounge experience we've ever encountered. Far from relaxing, the lounge was uncomfortable and chaotic: - The air-conditioning was not working, making the space stuffy and unpleasant. - Despite advertising airport views, there were no windows at all. - The food counter was overcrowded and manic, adding to the stress. - Western food options were extremely limited: toast (with a toaster that only browns one side) and unbranded cornflakes. - The only fruit available was chopped watermelon — no variety whatsoever. Do yourself a favor: skip this lounge. Find a decent coffee or food outlet with actual views and save yourself a fortune. --- Would you like help posting this to a review site or tailoring it for a specific platform like Google Reviews or TripAdvisor?

1.00Dreadful. Overcrowded, no seats, hot and humid, no windows. Poor food choice, badly presented. I left and sat in the main airport area which was far better.

5.00Great service by Angie and Peter in dining area. Food was really good, what a change from airport cafes. All staff were accommodating. Would recommend if having a long layover. Ours was 9 hours so it was perfect.

5.00Had a great visit in the lounge today 100625 I walked up and met Bably. Very impressive customer service. She got me all set up no issues , Guzman was very attentive to my needs aswell I drank, showered, ate and met some great folk. I work in the CS industry and your company is very lucky having these two looking out for your business. 5 out of 5 I'll be back in Nov on my return flight. You got 2 good ones there! Thank you, it was a game changer for my vacation Thanks again! Robbie

2.00Overall it is like a food court restaurant with a few arm chairs. We couldn’t handle sitting in the lounge chair area as it was extremely hot. Place overfilled with a fair wait to get a table or lounge chair. No Champaign, very limited beverage choice. Food also very limited. Cost HKD $250 to have a shower. Not impressed at all.
