At the Peak Tram Lower Station, there are two entries: Individual Entry and Group Entry. Most people will line up to buy tickets on site and enter through Individual Entry. The normal waiting time is 2 hours. Your prepaid confirmation coupon allows you to use Group Entry. Usually less people line up here. Group Entry is a privilege benefit for travel agents' customers only. It saves your time but you do not skip the line of others lining up at Individual Entry.

The Peak Tram will take a substantial upgrade project and the 1st service suspension is from 23 April to late July in 2019. The 2nd service suspension is from July to December in 2020.

When Peak Tram service is suspended to carry out maintenance, or closed due to severe weather warning, alternative coach transportation will be available during the Peak Tram service suspension. This tour will be operated by coach transfer up and down the Victoria Peak. No reduction in the tour price for the lack of the Peak Tram ride.

Betty Person Beating show is not availbe during some traditional Chinese Festivals such as Chinese New Year.

You will be picked up from hotel lobby, or you will be advised to meet with your tour guide and other tourists at the nearest departure point. This tour is a seat-in-coach tour. You will buy a seat on a tour coach, share an escorted tour with other tourists. If you do not like the lengthy tour start time, please choose the option of "Private Tour Upgrade".

If you stay in a local home or a hotel not in the pickup list, please inform of the address upon booking. You will be informed of the nearest pickup hotel and pickup time to meet your tour guide. Your reply of approval of this pickup arrangement and deadline of apply time is critical. No show at the meeting place will receive no refund.

If you book an activity less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time, you are required to telephone the local tour supplier immediately right after your booking. The telephone number of the local tour supplier is displayed on your voucher. The office is open from 0700 to 2100 Hong Kong time. If no one answers the phone call after office hour, please telephone again at 0700 next day to add you in the pickup list. Otherwise the tour bus will not go to your hotel.

Upon pickup, your tour guide will find you by eye contact, or read your name from the pickup list. Meeting point is hotel lobby or you will be advised of the nearest meeting place to meet with your guide. Please be waiting at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to departure. No refund for your no show or late arrival.

The standard cancellation policy is: (1) a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. (2) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund.

Pickup service is not available from airport, cruise terminal, subway station and railway station.

How to join in this tour from airport: Please take 24-minute Airport Express, get off at Kowloon Station, Exit D1, walk for 97m (2 minute) to W Hotel. The pickup time from W Hotel is 10:00 daily. Your tour guide has a pickup list and will find you in the lobby. Back to W Hotel at 17:30 after tour. From Airport Station, the 1st train leaves at 05:54. From Kowloon Station back to airport, the last train leaves at 00:52.

How to join in this tour from Kai Tak Cruise Terminal: Please take a taxi for 15 minute to meet with your tour guide in the lobby of Harbour Plaza Metropolis (7 Metropolis Drive) at 10:20.

How to join in this tour from Ocean Cruise Terminal: Please walk for 6 minute to meet with your tour guide in the lobby of Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel (3 Canton Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui) at 10:00.

How to join in this tour from West Kowloon Station: Please take a taxi for 15 minute to meet with your tour guide in the lobby of B P International House (8 Austin Road) at 10:00.

We were very lucky to be the only ones on this Tour. The Temple is interesting to see , but very smokey, may be a problem for people who have respiratory conditions....Victoria Peak is amazing, loved the train ride up, sit on the right side for best view. Many shops at The Peak, great for shopping.. Went to jewellery making factory, interesting to see but felt pressured to make a purchase. Items were quite expensive. The Boat Tour of the fishing village was lovely, plus we had great weather. The Jumbo Restaurant is a visual delight. Lovely lunch. Stanly Markets have some good Tourist items, Buy an Eggette with Ice cream if you can, they taste delicious!!
We enjoyed our tour, Guide was informative and happy to answer any questions.

As per earlier contact from the local provider, picked up from the hotel at the appointed time. Find that our party were the only ones on the tour. The tour covered off exactly what it said it would provide and the guide was friendly but relaxed. It was obvious he had a good relationship with staff at all the attractions which resulted in priority treatment for us. If you want a one day tour to see Hong Kong, the sights, a bit if culture and shopping, then this tour is recommended.

They were over an hour late in picking me up and we drove around forever picking up and taking back people. The guide tried to be funny, but was not. Our first stop was a temple that was under renovation and should never have been on the tour. The lunch was just so so and we were charged 60.00 Hong Kong dollars for a Sampan ride that should have been a part of the tour. I would not recommend the tour.

I was in Hong Kong for a short lay-over. I took advantage of the time i had and booked this tour. It was the best thing i could have done. I saw in 1 day what would have taken me 3 days on my own. Informative, and gave me history I didn't know. The lunch at the Jumbo restaurant was wonderful. Air-condition transportation and i was able to leave some of my belongings on the bus, where they were kept save. Thanks, to Joe my tour guide.

A nice day, spoilt by an unnecessary trip to a jewellery factory. We were initially given a talk about TSL the jewellery company and how wonderful it and its owner is, followed by being stalked everywhere we walked in the jewellery shop. Constant and unacceptable sales pressure. Just awful. I'm not the only reviewer to point this out.
However, Peak Tram and the Peak visit was good. Man Mo temple too. We liked Jumbo and loved the optional Sampan tour around Aberdeen Harbour. Guide was good. Learnt a lot about HK. Stanley Market is interesting and lots of bargain prices. We liked the hotel pick up and drop off and that the tour did not start too early in the morning or finish too late. A fair price, including Jumbo Dim Sum lunch. BUT I still do not recommend going, unless you can stay on the bus during the jewellery tour they drive the bus away to avoid this and avoid this awful part of the day. We're told we will see how jewellery is made, but it's just an excuse for a business partner of the tour operator to force-sell his products on unsuspecting tourists. I'm surprised that the Hong Kong authorities allow this kind of thing.

A really good tour for first-timers to Hong Kong, visiting the Man Mo Temple, Victoria Peak, Aberdeen Harbour including lunch at the Floating Jumbo Restaurant and Stanley Market. The visit to the jewellery factory was completely unnecessary with annoying sales pressure. The lunch at the Jumbo was underwhelming - we are used to eating Chinese food in Vancouver. However, we enjoyed the tour and appreciated the pick-up at our hotel.

Was very disappointed in the tour content. Did not feel I got to see the highlights of Hong Kong. Best part was the Peak Tram. The rest was a waste of time. Overall spent about two hours picking up and dropping of tour mates across Kowloon. Do not recommend this tour.

Very Bad Experience, Pandora was our guide and we barely understand his poor English. She did a bad job handling the group, at lunch time split families en different tables with no reason at all. !!! It took like 20 minutes to deorganize the sitting place. Beyond her bad English her attitude with people was not compressive, there was a sick old man and she doesn't care. Also yelling all the time with no good, or important tour information was her way to pretend doing a good job. No Worth the money ... what a waste of time.
