  We were a bit nervous about our first hot air balloon experience, but it was so safe, fun, and smooth that we would gladly take another one. Afterwards, we went to a big breakfast in a cave that was pretty good and then our guide took us on a short walking tour of the temples. We were wishing for more information and a longer tour, but that’s on us to go back on a future trip.

  Fantastic experience. The tour guide and drivers were very friendly and very helpful throughout. You start off with coffee/snacks after an early pickup. The ballooned itself was brilliant, with fantastic views of the pyramids and the other balloons followed by a great celebration drink and breakfast in a very scenic cave. The highlight for me was the tour around Teotihuacán though, as our tour guide was exceptional. He went out of his way to make the tour as informative and enjoyable as possible for everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Smooth pick up and drop off, good arrangement for all the activities in this package. The balloon ride is spectacular, we were also lucky to have a nice weather too. The breakfast in the cave restaurant is interesting too, a special experience. Our guide for the pyramids are knowledgeable and friendly too. I would definitely recommend this tour.

  One of the highlights of our trip to CDMX is to see the Teotihuacan pyramids on a sunrise balloon flight. Jeanie and Fabio picked us up in Condesa at 4:50AM. She explained the itinerary of the day. Jeanie's English is excellent and her bubbly personality made the entire experience so fun. We didn't know this but apparently we had one of the smaller balloons with 12 people. We met others in a balloon with 30 people. Much nicer to be in a smaller balloon. They took lots of photos and videos that you can purchase. The quality was very good so we did purchase them. After the balloon ride, we had breakfast in a local cave restaurant. Seems like most if not all the balloon operators go here. After breakfast, we were driven to the pyramids for a close up walking tour. Jeanie was our tour guide and she was excellent with her knowledge and her ability to keep everyone engaged. We all walked away having learned something new about this special area. We highly recommend this operation.

  This was the highlight of the trip for me. The captain of our balloon was enthusiastic and friendly. All of the crew (takes a lot of teamwork to get a balloon aloft!) were friendly. Definitely take the tour. The added insight deepened my appreciation of the whole experience. And breakfast in a cave was actually quite cool! Wear a sweater or jacket to begin. I wore shorts and the initial chill was fine.

  A great trip and Jeannie was brilliant. I’d recommend in a heartbeat this trip. All handled very professionally and kept everyone entertained throughout the trip

  Highly recommended. Great experience from start to finish. Our driver arrived sharply on time, we waited about two cups of coffee and one bathroom visit long before taken to observe filling up of the ballon. Once in air there’s a drone camera following the balloons so remember to waive and smile (a copy would be available in the end for purchase) - I wish I knew beforehand cuz it would have freed me from taking my own subpar photos and focus on the observation. The breakfast was what it was - an experience. Don’t expect fine cuisine but it was in a cave and we were sat on barn tables and were able to mingle a bit with other tourists which was nice. After breakfast we were chauffeured to the anthropological zone (pyramids). I thoroughly enjoyed our informative and humorous guide - the stories and symbolism were what made it a walk through time, not the just the stones. Our driver waited for us the entire time and sent us to the hotel (or other points of interest if we wish so). I find the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and they did stick to their time table.
