I would skip this tour for some others. The matcha mountain was cool and it was fun to play with the animals at the zoo, and the ride along the coast was stunning. But once you figure out trains you could easily have done this without a tour. I would have preferred going to the beach for the day instead, and we didn't even get to go up Omuro because it was too windy. Even if we had, I don't think that it would have been worth it.

I managed to find the meeting spot ok where I waited with the voucher for my tour. The driver arrived promptly and there were only 3 others on the minibus. However let me start by the minor negatives. Firstly the driver didn't really introduce himself by name properly and for the 2 hour drive to Mount Omuro, he didn't say a word or give any tour commentary about the area which would've been nice. However once at Mount Omuro it was a nice trip up the chair cable car to the top of the mountain and back, even though the weather could've been better. Also it would've helped if we were given a designated time for where and when to eat lunch. Me and another guest just got an early lunch from a cafe near the mountain before we went to the next spot which was the nice walk towards the suspension bridge to see some nice views. After that we took the coastal train which involved seeing some nice views before we were taken back to Tokyo. So although this was a nice enough tour. Some more information and tour commentary would probably have made it better.

An absolute nightmare. We booked our trip on August 13th. Because it was Obon (a national holiday) traffic was a disaster. What was suppose to be a 2 hours ride took more than 4 hours to get to the first activity. Then, we had to wait more than 2 hours in line to get to the chairlift to climb Mount Omuro. At the top, we were told we only had 5 minutes to enjoy the view, 5 MINUTES TOP! We got back running to the bus so that it wouldn't be late because of us. Turns out, we had to wait at least 30 minutes more in the bus for latecomers. Then we hit the road for another hour to Jogasaki Coast. Upon arrival, the guide gave us 20 minutes to hike. And so we ran along the coast, to at least get to see the suspension bridge. Again, we had 5 minutes to take pictures and enjoy the view, then we ran back to the bus. Then, we drove to the third and last activity which was the Marine Town. Guide told us we had 15 minutes there. We took 5 minutes for pee break and had 10 minutes left to enjoy the place. Finally, we headed back to Tokyo for another 3,5 hours ride. That day, we were sat in the bus for at least 9 hours and only had 40 minutes of activity. What kind of tour is that. Luckily, my friend and I were able to run so that we could see some scenic view, but other people in the bus just stayed in the bus during activity time because we just didn't have enough time to enjoy anything. We booked via Klook who has been of no help, we asked for a refund which was denied. Everyone in that bus that day should have a complete refund. I have never seen a company so disorganized and dishonest of my life. Please save your money and book elsewhere, not with them.
