5.00Our instructor Hiromi was so fun and engaging and very knowledgeable and informative. We did the class as a family and loved the Sake tasting a then the cooking class with Kano-Style Sukiyaki was Kimagai. He was very knowledgeable and fun

5.00We took the Wagyu and sake class in English and loved the experience! It was a two hour course and the food and history of sake were interesting and fun to learn. Highly recommend for groups looking to experience Japanese culture and food!

5.00I got invited by a friend to this workshop, and it was such a great experience. The instructor explained everything about sake in detail, and I learned so much. My favorite part was trying different types of sake at different temperatures with various kinds of food. They had three kinds of sake, along with dishes like sashimi, caviar, cheese, and other Japanese foods. We had plenty of time to mix and match everything. The food was amazing and went so well with the sake. I was honestly surprised by how warm sake could actually bring out even better flavors in the food. I’d definitely recommend this workshop to anyone interested in learning about sake.

5.00Very good, had a chance to taste different kinds of sake at different temperatures. There were also a variety of side dishes which I could pair the different kinds of sake with. Staff were welcoming and helpful, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Also included a short explanation of how sake is made and the different varieties, making the sake more enjoyable.
