1.00Horrible experience with this agency, they scammed us and were unable to provide us with tickets. We were denied entry and contacted the agent who said they cannot give us tickets even though they listed them online as available. They have rejected my request for a refund. Do not lose your money.

1.00Booking made on the site then contact by a local person for an appointment to collect tickets Arrived on time but no one on site. Despite several calls and messages no answers from the person who had contacted us to give us tickets at once no visit possible to the butler's garden. I pointed out on the site and a person eventually contacted us to tell us that if the person was there and a group of people had returned while no one was there identify as is usually done during travel when booking and we have to collect tickets there is always one person with a sign Fortunately I paid with Paypal so made a refund request file

1.00I booked a ticket that was only later indicated that there is no place. I got another museum as an option. Only he gave me cheaper tickets and I'd paid 90. I try to get my other share of my money back and I don't app the company an answer. Word gwn ignores.

1.00I booked the Majorelle Garden tickets through the TripAdvisor and received only a voucher for 10 November — not an actual entry ticket. After contacting the local provider Sunny Morocco, I asked them to send me the ticket for the date shown on my voucher. Instead, they told me they could only offer a ticket for another day. I requested either a ticket for the next morning or a full refund, but after that, the local provider stopped responding completely to my WhatsApp messages and emails. On 10 November, I waited for two hours in front of Majorelle Garden with the voucher, trying to get the actual ticket, but I couldn’t resolve anything and I was not allowed to enter because the voucher was not valid as an entry ticket. In the end, I never visited the garden. According to the policy, customers are entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Since I never received a valid ticket or a confirmed event time, I requested a refund. Viator rejected my claim, and now I can only hope that TripAdvisor will assist me, because I paid 106 USD for vouchers that never turned into tickets. The voucher looks like a ticket, but it is not accepted at Majorelle Garden. To avoid the same problem, I strongly advise everyone to buy tickets directly from the official Majorelle Garden website, which is also cheaper and guarantees that you receive a valid entry ticket with a confirmed time slot. This was a very disappointing experience, and I kindly ask TripAdvisor to review my case and refund the amount for the service that was not delivered.

3.00Booking Majorel Gardens through Viator turned out to be something of a mixed bag. First off, when you book a day, you don’t actually get to choose a time—this is allocated automatically. That’s fine in theory, but in practice it caused conflicts with other pre-booked activities. It’s a pity Viator doesn’t use a bit of AI logic to avoid clashes or at least offer smarter scheduling. We did manage to move our visit to another day, but even then the new time slot was changed again, forcing us to rearrange other plans. Not ideal. As for the gardens themselves, they feel a bit like the Emperor’s New Clothes. Pleasant enough, yes, but nothing that justifies the sheer number of staff and security milling around, which perhaps explains the rather steep entrance fee. And to top it off, your ticket doesn’t include entry to the additional museum inside — that costs extra. It’s a nice stroll for 40 minutes or so, but overall it’s simply too expensive for what it is. A decent stop if you’re nearby, but not the must-see it’s made out to be.

1.00I did not get a chance to see the gardens because Viator sold me tickets that did not exist… I paid 3 x the price for 4 tickets because I was only going to be in Marrakech that one day - and then they sent me a message saying they had overbooked the tickets and that there was availability 2 days later, when I would no longer be there. I am waiting for my refund in good faith, after which I will dispute the charge if I don’t get a refund. Buyer beware!!
