  Don’t book through this site, they will offer no customer service. I ordered some tickets for the venue, was held back due to a pushed back dinner reservation, we were not able to make the initial reservation. Long story short, the tickets were not used and all I was simply asking for was an exchange is a different time, not a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE VENUE, they will provide better customer service in the event you can’t make the reservation

  Perfect activity to do with your teenage kids in Vegas! We saw a lot of high school kids with their parents and thought the experience was cool to do as a family. You are paying a premium, but it is Vegas. You can easily spend over two hours just roaming around the whole area.   I was very impressed at the concept of the Omega mart because my thyme was appreciated and I loved the immersive Art experience because it felt like home. It was noted that there was a lot of thoughtfulness placed at the heart of the exhibit by the product developer. My favorites were the Rose Beef and Strawberry pretzel product concepts. Thanks for being around.

  This is my fourth or fifth time coming to OmegaMart - we keep bringing friends! It's a wonderful experience, and we experience it differently every time we go. The first time, my friends and I spent all day there like wide eyed kids, solving all the puzzles in the twin storylines. Other times, we let our friends, new to the experience, take the lead, so we would spend extra time just looking at the art, soaking in the atmosphere, watching the videos, reading all of the posters and papers hidden throughout the two and a half story warehouse sized art installation. This time, we spent probably an hour in a room with some electronic sequencers and made music with random strangers. Every time has been awesome, and we aee looking forward to going back again. (By the way, the employees really help make the experience better, so don't be shy if you have a question, if you're stuck in your quest, or even if you just want to hear a joke. From Joseph* at the checkout line, to the DRAM technicians making sure people don't go down the up staircase, to the folks making drinks in the bar, A++ all around.) *("Joseph" since this is a positive review. He suggested i call hin "Chad" if it was negative.) :-) Pros: Top of class experience. Best thing in Las Vegas, hands down. Cons: almost no food - light snacks in the bar (nuts, Uncrustables, beef jerky, and that's it). Also, once in, you can't go out (like for real food) and come back - tickets are for a single entrance, so eat first and have plans for after. TL:DR - fantastic. You should go early, and don't have anything planned for after, except an idea of food places open late.

  I have NO idea how this is only ranked as a 3.8. It was the best thing we did in Vegas! I am assuming people maybe don't enjoy odd experiences or have a weird sense of humor? It sort of advertises exactly what it's there to do, so I feel like that's sort of a them issue. Omega Mart was awesome. It was so much fun, and was so weird. The grocery store/shop was actually my favorite part, but the mystery and experience beyond was also fun! The amount of detail and attention involved is incredible. It was so fun and unique, we can't wait to go to some of the other Meow Wolf locations. Make sure to carve out plenty of time, if you are one who likes to solve a mystery.   It was a very cool experience. My autistic nephew was with us. They even provided ear protection for his sensory issues. The staff were friendly and it was well worth the cost for entertainment value. A+

  The Omega Mart is a feast for the eyes. There is a lot of sly humor in the parody of the grocery store. We went on a weekday after Thanksgiving and it was mercifully uncrowded. It too about 2 and a 1/2 hours to go through, and there is small refreshment kiosk within the exhibit so we could get a coke to power our way through. There are also lots of benches and places to sit all through. This location does not have a cafe, just a bar. There are lots of foods places within the same big building that Meow Wolf is in. The exhibit is set up to sell you stuff. That’s pretty cool but try to avoid buying anything mechanical, especially if you’re leaving town. I bought a battery operated coin bank that I couldn’t test and I have heard crickets from Meow Wolf regarding my direct message to them about it. Shame on me for getting carried away with the sheer retail giddiness of the place. Definitely worth going though, I go again.

  This is such a great time! We spent about 3hrs at Omega Mart and worked on solving the story - we got a special pin for finishing the story.

  Complete waste of money. There’s literally nothing worth paying so much for. Viator and meow wolf totally over charged us. They were selling tickets for less than $30. Do not purchase in advance
