Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
Red Rock Canyon's distinctive red hues and formations are the result of ancient sand dunes lithifying into sandstone, cemented with iron oxide and calcium carbonate, and later uplifted and faulted by tectonic activity, exposing iron-rich layers.

5.00Janos is an awesome tour guide!!! Valley of Fire is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this tour. Plenty of water and snacks served. Where good tennis shoes for short hikes to see some very pretty views. I would definitely do this tour again!!

5.00Absolutely enjoyed spending the day with Janos! The tour of Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon was incredible — breathtaking views, fascinating stories, and plenty of time to explore. Janos made the experience even better with his knowledge, friendly personality, and great sense of humor. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

5.00This was an amazing experience. I had no idea what to expect but was told by several friends and family members that I had to experience Valley of Fire. I am so glad that I did. The entire experience was perfect. Pick up was easy and without confusion. The hikes were manageable for everyone of the trip including one participant who was in a knee brace. We saw all the important sites at Valley of Fire. Red Rock Canyon was only a brief stop but, for me, that was enough.

5.00Valley of fire had multiple stops and is such a pretty area. The tour guide was great! Red rock canyon was just one stop at an outlook along the road.

5.00Tour has an early pickup (6AM) at the closest hotel by us. Janos was professional, reminded us to keep hydrated and provided water and snacks (pretzels), and gave us a lot of history and numerous opportunities to walk around and take pictures at both sites. Wear comfortable shoes (hiking or sneakers) so you can hike some of the trails (some of the trails have loose rocks). Take your time and Have fun!

5.00Great tour! Such beautiful views and our tour guide Janos was fantastic. Snacks and water were provided on our tour which was much needed in the heat. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend a JNS tour during your trip in Las Vegas.

5.00This was an amazing trip! Janos was very knowledgeable, sharing facts about Las Vegas in addition to the the beautiful parks. He gave adequate time at each stop and also helped with creating picture perfect photo stops. Highly recommend!!
