We loved every second of this tour and what amazing value for money. We highly recommend booking with Max Tour over anywhere else! We travelled with a smaller group rather than a coach load of people which made travel more comfortable with less waiting around. Also, with the added bonus of more location stops that no other tours groups I researched provided. Thomas was the most welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. We were in truly safe hands with Thomas and his amazing camera skills captured some special memories along the way. Max Tour had great communication leading up to the our event and provided clear directions for the pick up point. Snacks and drinks were provided and was enough to keep us going along our journey, a good selection too.

This tour was a fantastic way to experience the Grand Canyon for the first time as a brief add-on to a business trip in Vegas. My guide Celeste, made the trip very enjoyable. She was super polite, friendly, and informative throughout the entire trip. I opted for pick up at the Golden Nugget. The description of the pick up spot was great. I arrived 20 minutes early so I had time to grab coffee at the Nugget Starbucks at the pick up spot and Celeste arrived at 6::30 on the dot. I was the first passenger and we quickly scooped up the rest of our small crew. She snapped everyone’s photo at the classic Vegas sign, shared the history as well as a few other anecdotes. The Hoover Dam stop was great, again getting lots of facts from Celeste. The 40 minutes we had to explore was plenty. We made our way to the Joshua Tree forest, and finally the Grand Canyon with ease. The 3 hours on the West Rim was also plenty of time to soak up the scenery and take all the photos. We arrived back in Vegas in time for a nice dinner, armed with great restaurant recommendations. We had ample snacks, sodas, and water provided throughout the day. I’m not generally a group tour person but I’d definitely do one like this again.

Picked this tour for my solo visit to Las Vegas and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a day in the outdoors. This was the only tour to include 4 spots in the itinerary which, in my opinion, makes it very (if not the most) comprehensive one-day tour of these attractions starting from Vegas. Huge thanks to Celeste (our guide) who gave us handy tips and hacks to get the most out of this tour and for keeping us fed through the day :p. Also for the great information she shared on our way to the canyon along with the bonus spots and the great photos! Just a few things to keep in mind - if you're visitng in the late winter (I did this in Feb) do pack a windproof layer as the cold is okay to deal with but the winds make it really chilly. Also, the line for the skywalk take a looooong time to move so make sure to save the photos for later and get done with the experience first otherwise you might not spend enough time at Guano point (which was better in my experience)
