Our tour provides a unique experience to visit two of the gems of the Canadian Rockies, Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with stress-free transfers to and from Banff. With two departure times a day, we provide flexibility for travelers to schedule this tour at their convenience as well as fit in other activities easily in their day! Our shuttle drivers will also point out notable points of interest along the way, including mountains like Castle Mountain and Mount Temple, as well as local history. There is also a chance to spot wildlife alongside the highway! Lake Moraine Lodge, gift shop and cafe was closed for the season and I feel our guide should have known that as of 10/01 it closes. He went on and on about how we would have time to grab a snack and hot coffee or something to drink on a cold and rainy day. We were not. Had we known we would have made time to get something at Lake Louise. Our guide was knowledgeable but very hard to hear, soft spoken and the mic used wasn’t working well.

While the destinations were great, had I just been rating the ride it would have been a 1-Star. A full 14 passenger van with legroom for children was jammed full of adults - unacceptable!

Our guide Patrick was informative throughout rides to both lakes advising great trails to take best pics and less crowds. Great value, and pick up/drop off was seamless and right on time!

This was a great tour with Kathy. She took great care of us and educated us about the area. Very interesting and the lakes are beautiful. We had a fun day and would recommend this highly. Perfect amount of time. Some of these tours are 8 hours and I can't imagine that long of a day to these places. Just a note. We aren't very impressed with the Fairmont Lake Louse. The Banff fairmont was much better.

Patrick was an excellent tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable, and provided very useful tips on where to get the best photos. Patrick obviously loves the area and is a delightful tour guide! Highly recommend!

While the lakes were beautiful the bus had no AC and was very uncomfortable. After about 75% of the way through our driver met another driver to take some passengers and an altercation ensued as that driver wouldn’t take a couple with a baby as there was no car seat. We should’ve been offered a refund. Treerible day!
