5.00We found this a really good tour, our tour guide Enrique was very clear and broke down all the information so that we came away understanding the compelling history of this fantastic monument, which added to visual grandness that we experienced.

3.00Our tour guide was just average at best. Only covered the main parts. Not the most engaging , but he did have a good understanding of the history. We did not know that the group tour tickets does not allow us to stay in the mesquita after the tour ended, leaving us less than 5 minutes to take photos and explore the non covered areas. Tour also started 20 minutes late and ended in an hour. I would recommend getting individual tickets and reading up about the mesquita yourself, leaving a lot more time to see the place.

5.00The tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting stories and perspectives of the Alcazar. She also spoke very clear English. I accidentally booked the tour in Spanish and realized it the night before. I sent a message to the tour company directly and they took care of moving us to an English one. Flawless and helpful.

3.00Wonderful Mosque-Cathedral. The guide was knowledgeable however there were times where we held in one place too long listening to her rather that walking around and seeing more things.
