• Nice experience but listing is misleading.

  Experience states that you are taken to the summit in the Jeep. This is not true. You are taken half way up and then the jeep parks. You can hike an hour to the summit if you wish (extra charge as need a local guide) or just sit on the jeep and wait. Breakfast was a coffee, banana sandwich, boiled egg and chocolate bar. This was our only opportunity to eat. We enjoyed the day, our drivers were friendly but I think the boss needs to update this listing so it is not misleading. I was disappointed we weren't able to go to the summit (because we didn't have appropriate clothing given that the listing doesn't mention any walking!)

  Kadek, our jeep driver was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole trip. The sunrise view from the mountain was breathtaking — truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. After that, we explored the black lava area, which was equally impressive. Kadek knew the best spots and took beautiful photos of us with the jeep and scenery in the background. He was also a very skilled driver, navigating the terrain smoothly. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali!

  Picked me up from my hotel, was very friendly and informative. Sunrise was very beautiful with Agos driving me around and taking lots of great photos!

  We had a really amazing experience. Our pick was prompt on time. Our Jeep guide was really nice. He not only drove very safe, but he explained us about the place. Most importantly, he took some magnificent photos for us during the sunrise.
