Never showed up and ruined our plans. You could not call the number, viator was not helpful to located the tour.
Try a different Mt. Fuji tour service...

Not recommended. We didn't even get through the entire tour as the guide recommended that we not go to the last destination. Guide had very little knowledge of the areas that we visited and was on his phone while driving, making my family feel unsafe. Dropping our party back off at the hotel they stopped on a busy street about 500km away from our hotel.
A complete fraud. We paid in advance but the operator never showed up.

I booked a private tour to Mt. Fuji for today, and the driver never showed up. We paid for an Uber to get to the meeting point and arrived 20 minutes early, then waited an additional 50 minutes after the scheduled meeting time—no one ever came. It was impossible to reach the local operator—the phone numbers provided were not in service, and despite sending messages and involving Viator customer service, there was no response and no solution. We lost an entire planned day in Tokyo because of this, and no one took responsibility or offered to help us find another tour or guide. Even getting a refund is being treated like a long process. This was a completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Save yourself the stress—book through another platform. Don't risk your vacation plans with Viator!

We had a homely hospitality from our Driver cum guide named Mani Everything was taken care of with care and attention in a good neat clean vehicle. he was flexible and a good communicator.
