Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1th to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji 5th.
If your tattoo is smaller than a palm and there's only one, you may cover it with a tattoo sticker. However, if the tattoo is large, entry into Japanese hot springs is not permitted.
You can only choose either shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets or a hot spring，on the third Thursday of February，both the outlet and the hot spring are closed for a regular holiday, so you will visit either Lake Yamanaka for sightseeing or Lake Yamanaka for a hot spring experience.
The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join,Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.

4.00Anna our guide was very experienced and was able to speak three languages and told us where everything was took us around and the experience was lovely. We opted for the Hot Springs instead of the outlet mall and the Hot Springs were awesome.

5.00First, Our tour guide Emily was amazing!! Mt. Fuji was clear of clouds upon our arrival and we got a great look of this majestic wonder. The lovely town of Oshino Hakkai was very peaceful too see as well. Great day trip overall.
