Please understand weather conditions. During hiking Season we cannot go to 5th station. You have to take shuttle bus cost 2100¥ person. 5.00We booked this trip last minute and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Mukarram was a fantastic tour guide who has lived in Japan for a long time and is very knowledgeable. We started the day at 6:30 (highly recommend to start early). The car we were picked up in was super clean and comfortable, with working AC/heating. Mukarram was on time, and communicated really well. We loved the places we visited, and all of the locals seem very fond of Mukarram. We took his recommendation of the boat tour and the local lunch and we were very pleased! It was so nice to get to visit so many places at our own pace without being tied to a group. He really made our Fuji day truly unforgettable! Best guide we could’ve asked for!

5.00We had the best experience with Mukarram as he showed us around Mt Fuji and Hakone. We went with our 4 kids and they loved hearing all about Japan and the culture and its people from Mukarram. He was a safe driver and very funny with his stories. Mukarram took us to the best spots and knew the locals. Our highlight was seeing Mt Fuji from a speed boat that Mukarram organised for us. We also saw an active volcano in Hakone. Best trip ever.

5.00Mukarram is an excellent tour guide. This is the second time we asked him to take us around to Mount Fuji with our son and friends and he took excellent care and took us to lovely places in Hakone, Lake Kawaguchiko, to an old village and also helped us view a cloud covered mount Fuji. Excellent tour guide and very safe driver. Highly recommended!!

5.00Mukarram was a wonderful guide and made our trip unforgettable for my family made of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. He took us to local places like Oshino-Hakkai, the Ice cave or a boar tour in Lake Kawaguchiko. He’s very kind and knowledgeable and was telling a lot of facts and history in between places. He takes great pictures! Overall 100% recommended and we will be calling him back whenever we come back to Japan.

5.00Mukarram ticked all the boxes and Mount Fuji showed well from different angles. Recommend it as good introduction to Japan. Mukarram gave plenty of detail about Japan and the visited locations. Views from the pagoda up 400 steps and top of the ropeway were memorable.

5.00Makarram guided us on an excellent day out which ticked all the boxes and adjusted to our preferences. We viewed Mt Fuji from many angles in good weather. Highlights included the rope way and the many steps to the Pagoda followed by a welcome ice cream. Makarram explained things about the country and our site visits very well, and it felt like a good family day out. Worth every yen. Thanks
