What To Expect
Golden Gate Bridge
The tour departs at 07:40 AM, 10:40 AM, or 01:40 PM (depending on the selected option) from Union Square or Fisherman’s Wharf (depending on your departure time). For the bus tour, a comfortable bus will transport you across the famous Golden Gate Bridge and head towards Muir Woods. For the bike tour, you will start from Bay City Bike Store at 2661 Taylor St, San Francisco, CA 94133, where you'll receive your bike and begin your journey towards the bridge. After crossing the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, you'll have the opportunity to stop for photos at the Golden Gate North Vista Point. This viewpoint offers breathtaking views of the Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the stunning San Francisco skyline
Muir Woods National Monument
After departure, the bus will take you directly to Muir Woods National Monument, where you will have 90 minutes to explore the ancient redwood forest. You will enjoy a peaceful walk through the towering redwoods, taking in the serene beauty of the park. The Bike Tour does not visit Muir Woods first. Instead, Sausalito is visited first, followed by a bus ride to Muir Woods. Step into a magical forest of towering Giant Redwoods (Sequoia Sempervirens) that have stood for centuries. Take in the serene beauty of the ancient trees as you walk along the trails, enjoying 90 minutes to immerse yourself in the tranquility of this national treasure.

5.00Everything was well-organized. George was a great driver/guide. I felt like we had plenty of time at Muir Woods. We chose to take the ferry back from Salsalito because we didn’t feel like one hour was enough time to grab food. We enjoyed the ferry ride back to SF.

5.00The trip was great and good value for the money. The bus is very comfortable and there are charging outlets for your phone. Sit on the right side of the bus for great views. Sit on the left side if you aren’t great with looking over the mountain side as the bus goes up mountainous terrain. Danny our driver was very good! There’s just about 90min to visit Muir Woods. Such a magical place🥰

5.00Great experience from the pickup in a luxury coach with a very informative driver/ tour guide. Muir woods is a very interesting and relaxing place. Sausalito is a charming village by the water with amazing views, great eateries and quaint shops and galleries. Got the ferry back straight to Pier 39. Had an amazing day. Thank you.
