1.00Booked for same day, but was delayed til we couldn't go. No refund or cancel option. Also paid for digital Chinatown tour option. No instructions and no way to do it on our own at night, even though it is digital. Tried to contact support, but no answer cause they're in UK. Hello, you are giving tours in San Francisco, have support in San Francisco time. Waste of $150.

5.00This was a good riding tour, it was as described, space was adequate. The audio part was very informative. During the initial hrs buses came regularly. My only issue was at about 3pm-3:30 4 buses were at Fishermen’s Wharf within 5minutes of each other and then no buses for 45min. Don’t know if this was because of traffic but should be addressed. I recommend the tour and did recommend it to others I met while there.

5.00Really enjoyed using the bus. Great way to see the sights. The highlight for us was going over the Golden Gate Bridge. Always got a seat and buses came regularly. Friendly drivers.
