5.00Burano was beautiful and the trip was well timed, we weren’t waiting around for any long time but had plenty of time to explore Burano where there was more to see. Times were well communicated and it was a lovely day

5.00We were three, travelling with our 8-year-old child, and had an absolutely fantastic experience! Annalisa was an outstanding guide — professional, knowledgeable, and full of warmth. She explained everything with great enthusiasm and made the tour truly engaging for both adults and children. Elisa was also incredibly kind and accommodating. Even though we arrived a little late, she welcomed us with a smile and quickly arranged everything so we could join the group without any stress. The visit to the glass-blowing factory in Murano was fascinating, and Burano was simply beautiful — colourful houses, relaxed atmosphere, and perfect for photos. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice, especially families. Excellent organisation, friendly staff, and an unforgettable experience!

2.00Nicholas our tour guide was nice but the ‘whispers’ earpiece was difficult to stay on my ear. The water taxi engine to Murano & Burano was so loud that we couldn’t hear him.

2.00My wife and I were disappointed with this tour. Murano and Burano. We took a boat ride to both of these islands. The first stop was clearly a tourist trap. They took us to a little village with nothing in it, except shops and places for you to eat. We got the impression that we were there to help their economy. The glass blowing part of the tour was also disappointing, actual glass blowing lasted about 20 minutes, and then the rest of the time was spent being ushered around to buy the glass. Very disappointed would not recommend

5.00Beautiful day trip to two picturesque islands. Guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out details of the various islands as we cruised by. She made the narrative interesting by interspersing content with historical facts and current happenings. Our boat was comfortable, crew helpful in getting on and off the ship.

2.00There really wasn't any tour we just were ferried over to the islands. We had two presentations of how the lace or glass was made then it was a big sales pitch by the owners to buy things. Go no history or background of the island or craft.

1.00Headsets were a mess! Perhaps check them out before leaving the building as we sat waiting in the back room before the tour for a while. Our guide brought extras but half didn't work. The tour was interrupted because headsets were trying to be fixed. My partner's was in Spanish. So was mine. My replacement worked his didn't. He did not have access to audio at all, neither did another. Please check all headsets BEFORE leaving on the tour!
