5.00This experience was great our Tour Guide Serena was very thorough, thoughtful and informative. Everything was on time perfectly and I was surprised when we were met by a separate guide at the door of the glassmaking factory. Serena stayed with us throughout. I would recommend this tour 100%.

5.00It was great and very convenient. There was a public transportation strike and if it weren't for the tour, we wouldn't be able to see Murano and Burano! Julia, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

5.00This was a great day out - perfect timing, great guide and enough time at Burano to do a spot of shopping and have an excellent seafood lunch. You don’t get to see much of Murano - but we were ok with that.
Must do experience for someone staying a couple days in Venice

5.00This experience I recommend 10/10! The guide was very welcoming, easy to find at the meeting point. Our boat captain was nice and took us on a relaxing ride. The murano glass factory was amazing seeing all the glass and was thrilling to see the process of authentic Murano glass making. Burano island was gorgeous and the lace store was beautiful. I would recommend this to everyone!

4.00Lovely tour and the guide was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend seeing the glass blowing demonstration which was brilliant. Nice to see wider parts of Venice. Instructions for pick up weren’t great - basically outside a church with guide turning up just before with a small sign. Opposite a public water taxi stop, which was confusing.
