Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave 0. The day of our tour there were protests throughout the city and there were countless street closures. When we realized we weren’t going to make it to the meeting spot on time, I contacted the tour operator through the text feature and received no response. By the time we got there we were 20 minutes late. We didn’t expect our guide would still be there but I reached out through the Viator text feature again to ask about at least obtaining our tickets somehow. Again no response. So disappointing.

This tour of Musee D’Orsay exceeded our expectations and hopes! One of us knew a lot about art and the period, the other very little. Our outstanding tour guide, Adam, taught us both a lot and made the texture experience fun and fascinating. Adam is truly an excellent guide who we highly recommend for this tour. He is so knowledgeable, personable and organized. He made the museum come alive for our group.

We could not find our tour guide even though we were half hour early. We called the tour operator. We had to purchase our own admission to the museum. Viator has not helped or returned our fee. We are very disappointed in their service.

Had a wonderful time with our eight year old daughter and older parents. Found our guide easily, went quickly inside, and felt like we saw a good cross section of the collection. Our guide engaged our daughter throughout which made things extra special.
