My Son Sunset Tour is a great offer to visit My Son Holy Land.
Taking this tour, travelers will immerse your soul in the sacred atmosphere, admire the mysterious Hinduism temples.
TOUR ITINERARY: 5-6 hours
12:45 - 13:00: Pick up guests from hotels in Hoi An and depart to My Son.
Customers staying in Da Nang pay extra charge for pickup.
On the way, guests get their included Vietnamese coffee.
14:00 - 16:15: Arrive at My Son sanctuary and learn about the historic and cultural values of the site while the guide points out nice angles for the best photo shots. During the visit, guests have some time to enjoy an included Cham Performance which is also a highlight of the tour.
16:15: Visitors start to get back to the car/van and drive to the boat station where the group starts their cruise and BBQ time. The beautiful chilling sunset and delicious BBQ make the tour even more exciting.
At around 18:00 the boat arrives near the night market, visitors get back to the hotels in Hoi An.

My Son Sanctuary
Travelers will see one of the most impressive Hindu complexes in South East Asia - My Son sanctuary and learn the cultural stories about Champa civilization which was a very developed and strongly contributed factor to the formation of ancient Asian history. Travelers also discover the unique culture values; as well as the mysterious construction techniques of the Cham folk, which no any ex[perts can be able to understand thoroughly. There will be a great time for photo taking and enjoying the calm nature of the green surrounding the complex from which travelers may have chances to see some wildlife like squirrels, weasels, lizards, beautiful butterflies,... Afternoon tour is always recommended because the peacetime is over by the time our group arrives.
On the way back, travelers have some time cruising on the beautiful river Thu Bon while enjoying some delicious bbq and taking stunning sunset photos

5.00This was an excellent tour of these ruins. Our tour leader Lint spoke excellent English, was really knowledgeable and had a lovely sense of humour. The ruins are really worth a visit if you enjoy ancient history. It was also great to be out of the city and in the countryside. And although we didn't book the trip for the dancing and boat trip we thoroughly enjoyed these too and our dietary needs were well catered for.

5.00We really enjoyed our trip to My Son. We were picked up at our hotel on time and had an enjoyable journey to the site. Bonus was watching the farmers drying their rice on the streets and tending to their fields, very interesting. Our guide Thao was friendly and very informative. He should us around the temples, explaining their history and pointing out interesting details and showing up good photo opportunities. The site is beautiful and included a 15 minute show about the people that lived there. After the site visit we took a book trip down the Thu Bồn River. On the boat we had a lovely bbq, cooked by our guide and some very nice rice wine. After the boat trip the bus dropped us off at the old town in Hoi An (although we did have the option for a hotel drop off). We had a very enjoyable day out and would recommend :)

5.00Chao guide was passionate about My Son Sanctuary. He ensured that we understood the history and relevance of the site. Even more surprising was that there was only the two of us on the tour! The boat trip back to Hoi A was great …. Food plentiful and delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !:)

5.00Great trip, starts early afternoon so a chance for a lazy start. A welcome cool drink and coffee. Interesting trip around My Son, really hot but lots of shade followed by a lovely boat trip back with BBQ.

5.00Fabulous experience. A wet night but the boat had a roof. The boat driver went above and beyond. He offered us a beer but we don’t drink so he got off the boat and exchanged for soft drinks. He manoeuvred the boat so that we could get the best photos and we each had 2 lanterns to put in the river. He had lots of ideas for photos and was an excellent boat driver. Fantastic

5.00Trip was excellent. The driver with the tour guide picked us up punctually from Hoi An and we drove to My Son. We were all really satisfied. We like the way our guide was explaining the history and we appreciated his English and knowledge. Thank you very much!

5.00This is a great tour. Our guide Thau spoke English very well, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and archaeology of Vietnam more broadly, as well as My Son and the temple complex. We enjoyed plenty of time to look around at our own pace, ask Thau questions and then ended the afternoon with a relaxed cruise down the river to Hoi An old town with plenty of tasty BBQ skewers to eat along the way. Great afternoon, lovely way to see the landscapes outside of Hoi An and enjoy the river with some locally prepared food. Would definitely recommend this tour for individuals, couples or families alike.
Great guide, knowledgeable, amazing historical site, great value. Highly recommended.

5.00The trip to My Son ruins was so enjoyable due to the excellent way our guide Thao managed the experience. Everything ran smoothly and was better than I expected. Nothing was a trouble to Thao and his explanation of the history of the structures made them come alive. The food on the boat trip was delicious and plentiful. I couldn’t recommend this trip more highly.

5.00Amazing tour and really informative, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. Learnt a lot about the Cham people and was a beautiful place to visit. The BBQ at the end was a great way to finish a very enjoyable day!
