Nanshan Ski Village

Beijing Nanshan Ski Resort, located in mountains northeast of the Beijing city. As you travel, take in Beijing’s buzzing streets and suburbs before traveling through countryside to the resort, the largest and one of the best-equipped ski zones in northern China.. Home to 21 well-groomed trails for all levels of skier, plus chairlifts and T-bars, Nanshan also incorporates the Nanshan Mellow Park snowboard park and a 4,324-foot (1,318-meter) seasonal toboggan run. On arrival, visiting the rental stations to hire and pay deposits for your ski equipment (own expense), including your skiwear and a locker. Then, enjoy 4-hour access to the slopes: enjoying the beautiful pistes for advanced, intermediate, and novice skiers. And take breaks (own expense) at the restaurants and cafes below the pistes after 4 hours skiing.

Leo was very efficient when I contacted him to organise a driver to take me to Nanshan ski resort for the day. I also asked that the driver help me communicate when booking the tickets and organising the ski gear. The driver, Jimmy, was excellent and very attentive. It made for a very easy day out, especially as a solo traveller who could not speak Mandarin.
