1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00You never showed up. The company sent no one, even after I paid, had confirmation number and ticket. Claimed technical glitch. Had to take Taxi from Narita.
More pricey than a taxi but great to have peace of mind!

4.00As first time travelers to Japan and non Japanese speakers, it was reassuring to have a car to our accommodations ready and waiting on arrival. The price was a bit high compared to other transportation options, but the driver was available, courteous, and provided a safe, comfortable ride. Narita airport is surprisingly far from Tokyo proper, and the time to travel was over an hour. It was good to be efficient in getting our transportation resolved on arrival.

1.00No one contacted us to arrange pick up. We tried through the app but got no response. No one picked us up at the airport. Our attempts to obtain a refund were denied. Just get a cab at the airport. Save your frustration and money.
