A large selection of works in the Collection are featured in the Gallery’s two long-term exhibitions, Siapa Nama Kamu? and Between Declarations and Dreams, which respectively present expansive narratives of Singapore’s position as a crossroads of culture, and the shared and divergent artistic impulses in the region since the 19th century.

The Gallery’s Collection is further enhanced by extensive holdings of related materials in its library and archives, which are publicly accessible in the Gallery’s Rotunda Library & Archive. These resources have been built through the Gallery’s curatorial research, and are integral to our mission as a research-driven institution.

Opening Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Please wear comfortable foot-wear and attire. Wearing high heels is strongly not recommended for safety reasons

Flash photography, videography and the use of selfie sticks and tripods are also not permitted in the galleries

Bags may be subject to inspection for security reasons

All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible

Please note the NGS early closures and closures during the NDP period:

Gallery open until 3 PM on June 14, 21, 28, July 5, 12, and 19

Gallery closed on July 26, August 1-3, 8-10, and 15-17

Really worth a visit to relax and see some beautiful art works. Not just for rainy days. Saw some great works by local artist and a wonderfully curated exhibition of Liu Kuo-Sung's which I've never experienced before. For all you OT7 out there you can do some Namjooning by following a acurated guide by RM himself.
