Loved Chef Eric! He was informative and entertaining. Each dish was truly delicious! The gumbo, jambalaya, bread pudding, and the praline. I appreciated the cooking tips and the recipes. Definitely bought the File spice and the garlic sauce. I will be making these dishes at home in NY.

Chef Joe was truly amazing. We got a history, lesson of food ingredients and how to prepare them and where they originated from. I was truly surprised at how much food we actually made, and every bit of it was delicious.

This is the 3rd time that I have been to New Orleans and participated in New Orleans Demo Cooking Class. It never disappoints! It is so much more than just the cooking end of things. The wealth of knowledge that the chefs have is wonderful. You learn so very much about Cajun/Creole and what all is behind this way of cooking and lifestyle. And then the food, it is wonderful. This experience is a 10 out of 10 from start to finish.

Lynn Krieger was an incredible chef and teacher who made our New Orleans cooking class so much more than just a demo—it felt like being welcomed into her kitchen as family. She was genuinely funny, warm, and incredibly personable, and she had the whole group engaged from start to finish. Beyond the food (which was amazing), Lynn shared fascinating insights into New Orleans culture, history, and traditions that brought every dish to life. You could feel her love for the city and its cuisine in everything she did. Teaching a group isn’t easy, but she made everyone feel included, comfortable, and excited to learn. This was one of the highlights of our time in New Orleans. If you’re looking for a cooking class that’s equal parts delicious, educational, and full of heart, Lynn is the chef you want. Highly, highly recommend!
