Michael was an excellent tour guide and host. He is very passionate about Greek culture as well as mythology and shared with us some amazing stories throughout our trip. We were on a cruise ship in Thessaloniki and took about an hour ride to Dion to see an unrestored 700 year-old church. Then we stopped at a beautiful mountain town for some coffee and breakfast. We headed into the mountain for three or four stops and at each location. Michael told us stories as well as the history of the culture of Greece. We then took the hour long ride back into Thessaloniki to conclude the tour which lasted about six hours overall. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you would like to get out of the urban setting for a few hours and enjoy some beautiful nature. The views were far more stunning than I expected. Highly recommended, and Michael was excellent the entire time.

Michael was a great tour guide, he is very professional and knowledgeable about the area and the history. He took us to some nice places and allowed plenty of time for picture taking and enjoying the areas beauty. The gifts and stop at Efi’s coffee shop was extra special.

Michael our guide took the time to determine our interests to ensure a customized experience and was able to highlight a number of locations that the apostle paul had visited. The views were spectacular particularly the ridge that led to the waterfall. He regaled us with historical facts and his own experience from living and working in the city and region. It was well worth going on a small group trip to Mt Olympus.

Michael was a kind, friendly and accommodating tour guide! Our cruise ship arrived so late that he had to pivot and come up with a plan B. We went to a beautiful vineyard and got to tour the winery and museum, after we had a wine tasting. We could see the Sea and Mt Olympus! Michael made our day fun! He took us to another location at a monastery with breathtaking views. He also treated us to the best dessert in Thessaloniki!! I only hope we can return and have another adventure to the home of the 12 gods!!! You will not be disappointed if you book this tour with Michael!!

The views were spectacular but our guide was the kindest most generous individual. It was an honor to be his guest. I believe it was a unique experience because of his unique background and knowledge.
