We booked transfer from our hotel to the airport and enjoyed our driver and ride. He was punctual, a careful driver in a comfortable car, and dropped us off at the best possible place for us to check in.

I triple-checked my booking to confirm the car was scheduled to pick me up at the airport and take me to my hotel. Instead, the driver went straight to the hotel, leaving me stranded at the airport in another foreign country I have proof of this mistake, yet they still refuse to issue a refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, they do not allow customers to leave reviews in the app, which makes the experience even more frustrating.

Driver was communicative and on time. Unfortunately his tire blew and he got a flat but handled it safely and efficiently. He did his best to get us as close to the airport entrance as he could.
