The Cooking Clubhouse will help you dive deep into the roots of a traditional Spanish Paella by leading you through a hands on and very dynamic workshop that will allow you to learn the secretes to a restaurante grade paella, all the mean time enjoying our bottomless Spanish wine pairing!

Want a cooking class in Madrid? Look no further! Join us in Madrid's funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasise the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking! Our professional chefs turned profesor will guide you step by step through Spains most iconic recipe, Paella! You will be welcomed with a glass Cava and be shown your way to your costume made cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have all the necessary ingredients and equipment to make your very own paella. The cooking class portion of this experience will allow you to dig deep into the recipe at hand and has been created in order for you to be able to actively participate in a very hands-on and dynamic workshop! Once you paella recipe has been created, you and the other guests will be invited into our private dining room where all the guests will sit together at our communal table and not only eat the paella made by you, but also 2 appetizers and 2 desserts made by the chef! making this experience a 5 course tasting menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

5.00We had an absolutely amazing experience making paellas with Benjamin!!! Altgough it's a wonderful place, great vibe, modern, clean and a great concept overall, Benjamin made it a perfect Birthday celebration and made sure we had a great time with our adult kids!!! Just loved going downstairs for a sit down meal after we learned how to make the paellas. Bottomless wine was EXCELLENT too, it felt like we came to the chef's house and Benjamin was an amazing, intentional and careful host!!!! But again the Chef Benjamin absolutely rocks!!!!! Our two adult boys and ourselves had a blast!!

5.00Fantastic afternoon with Chef Benji and the team at the Cooking Clubhouse! Started with a sparkling glass of Cava (the first of many) as soon as we walked in to the beautiful space. Their team did all the mis en plas for us in advance so we got to just create the meal. There were meats, cheese, bread, etc. waiting for us to nibble on at the cooking stations. Our class of 7 made 4 different delicious paellas, which we ate in a lovely space downstairs - along with 4 different wines, 2 starters, and 2 desserts prepared by the Clubhouse team. This was our favorite adventure during our trip to Madrid. So grateful to Chef Benji who created the most fun (and informative!!) atmosphere! 150% recommend!

5.00The instructor was friendly and explained everything in a simple way, so it was easy to follow. Cooking the paella ourselves made it feel more special, and it tasted amazing. The bottomless wine pairing was a great bonus and kept the vibe relaxed and social. I’d definitely recommend this if you want something fun and different to do in Madrid.

5.00This was a great experience from the start! Step by step paella cooking process…amazing! Also had 2 wonderful apps and dessert as well! And wine parings offered with each course. Highly recommend if you want to learn how to make true, authentic paella.

5.00This is a great experience!! My Husband and I did this experience together! The food was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and it’s very hands on class. Super interactive and the staff is great! As a group we were able to make over four different paellas and each one was delicious! We would 100% do this experience again! And a plus for the unlimited wine ! We also purchased an apron to commemorate our experience in Madrid!
