The Cooking Clubhouse will help you dive deep into the roots of a traditional Spanish Paella by leading you through a hands on and very dynamic workshop that will allow you to learn the secretes to a restaurante grade paella, all the mean time enjoying our bottomless Spanish wine pairing!

5.00This was by far the most fun we had in Madrid! The staff were wonderful and we made new friends. The paellas were delicious!! And the cava was flowing. Would definitely do it again and now I want to take a cooking class in every country I visit.

5.00The absolute best experience-don’t pass this up! We were continuously fed, served limitless types of wine, and carefully taught how to make paella. After cooking our paella, we sat around a large table of 20 fellow “chefs” from across the globe and enjoyed a fabulous meal prepared by each other and the staff. We easily could have stayed hours longer enjoying the company.

5.00This small group experience was fun, educational, and a great way to learn and enjoy Madrid’s cuisine. Our small group prepared a variety of paella flavors which were served and shared family style at then. Wine glasses were repeatedly filled and paired with our culinary creations. The atmosphere was friendly with hands on help and information. Participants varied from youth to seniors and everyone hand a fantastic time. We have taken cooking classes around the world as we travel and this experience ranks as our favorite!
