The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the agency (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.

The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.

Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth.

The palace gardens are free from November to March, with no garden tickets needed. Prices have been adjusted, and there are no fountain shows during this period.

Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.

Our guide was excellent....tour was very busy, crowded ....the tour times need to be limited. So many visitors in Versailles you could not move

Great experience! The guide was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. It was great to hear not just history but stories as well. She spoke quickly and is not a native English speaker, so she was hard to understand at times but of course that was not her fault. The biggest reason this was five stars - their kindness and flexibility! We got the time of our tour wrong by 20 minutes but realized too late. I was able to message the company on our way there and let them know we were going to be late and they moved us to a little later tour. So grateful!

The tour had some knowledge to it. I wish our tour guide could be more energetic. She gave details on some of the art and rooms but not that felt enjoyable.

It’s a right amount of time to tour the palace of Versailles one and a half hours and then you can explore the gardens on your own time and pace

Super great introduction to the palace and all the major historical figures! The meeting point is right across from the train station if you’re coming in from Central Paris.
