1.00Lousy, many rooms and part of the gardens under repair and as if that were not enough ..... cancelled the gardens early for a show that day. Expensive excursion for what it offers, with a free front photo is enough for the little you see inside

1.00Very disappointing!!!!!. At the ticket office in Versailles, they did not accept the voucher for tickets, because you are not an official website. Cannot download the tickets sent on Whatsapp!! Calling you in England, I came across a courier. Result of the races after a lot of lost time I was forced to buy new tickets on site I ask you to refund me the sum of 119.50. I am attaching proof of our new tickets

1.00Viator had to rebook one of my purchases and offered a discount for my inconvenience Problem is my Versailles tour did not get rebooked at the original time. I was not notified until just prior to the tour by the operator. Viator agreed to refund but I was unable to participate on the tour and i lost 110 Euro for taxi and lost a day of vacation. Unfortunate mistake to say the least. Huge disappointment.
