  I received a link to enter and sent an audio recording but the audio did not work. When I went to let them know about my audio at location, they looked at my tickets as fake, and explained that these tickets weren’t sold through them and that I paid way more then the offered interest fee there. I was not given headphones as it was not purchased through them. I felt that I overpaid and was not even able to enjoy the history as I had no audio to learn about it. The workers took pictures of where I bought my tickets to report the fake sell of tickets. I would really like my money back for this tour as the experience was no where what I expected. Buy your tickets there it’s cheaper and are real.

  Hmm not impressed paying extra to feel like we didn’t know what was going on.. just walking around room to room. The audio was very hard to follow don’t know where to start using it as Instructions were not provided. Could’ve just paid tickets there, didn’t really feel like we got priority access to anything.

  Book in advance and the tip is that the garden is last! We accidentally did the garden first and it was the exit and had to re-enter!

  Enjoyed the trip. Gardens were very nice. House was impressive but very crowded. Queues moved along on time and was well organised.

  A must see. Versailles is absolutely beautiful even in the rain. We mostly toured inside because it was pouring outside and it was well worth the trip. We took pictures of the gardens from inside.
