Very easy process. Explored on our own. Was great. Easy to navigate on your own but tours were offered once inside.

An hour before arriving at the palace we made the purchase of our tickets by this means and it was a great option, it is 100% reliable this option, we got the tickets very quickly and managed to enter without theme. They should know that it does not include guide, only the entrance, but it was what we were looking for, very good price if you do not want to queue and they let us in before the time we asked, so everything went perfect.

Don't need to buy direct. The tickets gave full timed access and no issues when we used. Also, the prices from this tour operator were great and much lower than direct or other tour operators. Thoroughly enough Versailles palace. Beautiful, well run, and expansive. A little far from the city but not much traffic getting there so was not as bad as expected.
They scammed us! Beware!!

They did not allow me to enter with the ticket provided saying that it was not valid and they do not work with 3rd parties. We were super embarrassed because we felt like they were accusing us of fake tickets! We requested a refund but have not received a response on the refund!

Lousy, many rooms and part of the gardens under repair and as if that were not enough ..... cancelled the gardens early for a show that day. Expensive excursion for what it offers, with a free front photo is enough for the little you see inside

The Viator tickets weren’t recognized and thankfully they let us in anyway after minutes of delays. The palace of course is beautiful and a must see !

We decided to go to the Versailles Palace at the last minute. We could not find tickets online until we went to the Viator app. It worked out great! We got the tickets for the palace and the gardens. No hassles at all.

Very disappointing!!!!!. At the ticket office in Versailles, they did not accept the voucher for tickets, because you are not an official website. Cannot download the tickets sent on Whatsapp!! Calling you in England, I came across a courier. Result of the races after a lot of lost time I was forced to buy new tickets on site I ask you to refund me the sum of 119.50. I am attaching proof of our new tickets

Viator had to rebook one of my purchases and offered a discount for my inconvenience Problem is my Versailles tour did not get rebooked at the original time. I was not notified until just prior to the tour by the operator. Viator agreed to refund but I was unable to participate on the tour and i lost 110 Euro for taxi and lost a day of vacation. Unfortunate mistake to say the least. Huge disappointment.

It is a beautiful palace with lush large garden. You can drive a golf cart through the garden. There is also a small train through the garden and past the buildings. You can get in and out at different places. Little Trianon is highly recommended. Marie Antoinette often stayed here. Small restaurant with tasty pastries.
