1.00Viator had to rebook one of my purchases and offered a discount for my inconvenience Problem is my Versailles tour did not get rebooked at the original time. I was not notified until just prior to the tour by the operator. Viator agreed to refund but I was unable to participate on the tour and i lost 110 Euro for taxi and lost a day of vacation. Unfortunate mistake to say the least. Huge disappointment.

5.00It is a beautiful palace with lush large garden. You can drive a golf cart through the garden. There is also a small train through the garden and past the buildings. You can get in and out at different places. Little Trianon is highly recommended. Marie Antoinette often stayed here. Small restaurant with tasty pastries.

1.00It is very unfortunate that after being a loyal customer to viator, I saw zero cooperation is amending my booking which I couldn’t make it due to an unforeseen situation. The reply from your team was simply “sorry we can’t amend your booking” This was indeed very disappoint after depending on Viator for visiting many tourist attractions.

1.00There are too many people on the tour. In addition, I accompanied a person in a wheelchair. This proved painful, due to the difficulty of finding oneself in the choice of floors to choose once in the elevator. Finally, the staff consulted on this matter were of no assistance because of their ignorance on this subject.
