Good to Know: The dune buggy adventure and sandboarding are a combined, dynamic experience. You'll enjoy both thrilling activities within a single 2-hour tour, with dedicated pauses for capturing stunning photos of your journey.

Your journey concludes with an estimated arrival back in Lima around 11:30 p.m. To ensure convenient drop-offs, we will enter the city through the vibrant district of Barranco, followed by Miraflores, and will complete the route in San Isidro. Please note that drop-off times can be later than anticipated, particularly on weekends due to heavy traffic. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone safely to their final destination.

Bring sunscreen, it is hot all year round in Paracas and Huacachina.

Please bring cash/local currency. We will stop for breakfast on the way to Paracas or perhaps take some time here before the boat tour, also for any needs you may have during the day.

Warm weather all year round. Jacket for speedboat ride Ballestas Islands, cold breeze. Closed footwear for Sandboarding.

Bring sunglasses and a bandana, very important for the desert. Lots of sandy wind. You can purchase them except in Paracas or Huacachina.

All essential tour details, including your precise pickup time and a link to join our travel group, will be sent via WhatsApp the evening before your tour at 8 p.m. To ensure a smooth start to your adventure, please have WhatsApp downloaded and active on your phone at least one day prior. Very important. On holidays such as Easter Weekend from April 6 to 9 and from July 28 to 30, celebration of Independence Day in Peru: Pick-ups will be made 1 hour before usual hours. The activities of the Ballestas Islands will be only 1 hour and 30 minutes (all operators) and Dune buggy & Sandabord (Huacachina) only 1 hour (all operators)

It was an awesome journey with Rose. I really appreciated her positive attitude, sense of humor,. She made the whole experience smooth, fun, and easy to enjoy. The day started right on time with an early pickup around 5 a.m. in Barranco. The bus was comfortable and clean, Highlight: We spent about two hours doing dune buggy and sandboarding — pure adrenaline and stunning desert sunset views. The two-hour boat ride around the Ballestas Islands was another highlight. Everything was well organized from start to finish, including the late-evening drop-off back in Barranco. Totally worth it — 5/5 stars.

Trip was awesome, and Norman out guide was very friendly. The boat ride out too the islands was cool. Just be prepared to get wet! Especially sitting towards the rear. The dunes were the best part of the day, especially sand boarding.

The tour is really amazing, it's just as they show you. I was picked up on schedule, the bus very comfortable, I saw penguins and seals in Islas ballestas, then in Paracas we had a lot of fun when trying the piscos and lunch was very delicious. The buggy ride was better than I expected, super fun full of adrenaline and plenty of time to take the photos you want. Our coordinator Momo was always attentive to everything and very good vibes, I recommend it 100% !!
