1.00I had such a bad experience thanks to this page. I won't use Viator for any other tour and I am glad this happened before I would make a mistake in París booking two tours there. They charged 30 euros when the entrance is 18, I thought I bought a ticket to be able to enter in the Gaudi museum as he title explained, but not. It was fake and a trap to basically robbed me 12 euros more. You buy something and get not what you want. It is not okay...not right and you know it as you know tourists cannot notice the difference and surprisingly just can see at he moment to try to enter in the place.

2.00To flee when it's hot. Hard to access. You instagram? You've seen it all! We had booked for 10am. Our schedule was changed the day before without consultation and without taking into account our schedule, we were told that we had to come at 12 noon. In the heat of August. We showed up at 11:30 (shaking up all our other visits) and nobody checked the schedules... Never again!
