Amazing views!! Well worth the visit! It’s very well organised, and the views from each area are amazing.

Extremely complicated getting both sets of tickets. We eventually got the ones for the Twin Towers after multiple messages. I asked the person who gave me those tickets how I then would get the separate tickets for the KL Tower which she knew nothing about. So a separate conversation then started about these tickets which went around in circles for a about 90 mins. I was eventually sent the physical tickets but it was too late as we had to get a coach back to our ship. We've been offered a refund on the KL Tower tickets but not had anything back yet (a week has passed). Would not recommend this trip as it was too stressful.

The price is not worth the view. It is better to pick one of the two (either Petronas Towers or KL Tower) for going up. I would prefer KL Tower as view is 360. There is no actual skip the line - it just buying the ticket online and you end up standing in a line to get up anyways. The guide is telling 5 sentences about the Petronas towers. And that info can easily be found in google. Customer service poor. Would not recommend.

Our guide, Amir, helped us with securing our tickets and was waiting for us when we were done. The sights from the top of the 88th floor were awesome! Well organized.

I think ample time was given to enjoy the experience. On the bridge there are two spaces with unobstructed views to take photos.
