We'll start the tour with a visit to the pre-Hispanic town of Socaire, characterized by its cultivated terraces. Then we'll head to the Altiplano, where we'll visit Laguna Miscanti and Laguna Miñiques, habitat for aquatic birds and mammals such as red foxes and vicuñas. We will continue to the Salar de Talar (also known as Salar de Águas Calientes) and the Piedras Rojas viewpoint, from where we will see these reddish volcanic stones that will surprise you with their shape and the exceptional natural environment where they are located.
The tour continues to Salar de Atacama, the largest in Chile and the third largest in the world. There, we will walk along the paths of Laguna Chaxa, nesting place and habitat of the three species of flamingos present in Chile: Andean, Chilean and James. Finally, we will visit the village of Toconao, its Church of San Lucas and its characteristic orchards.

On the tour we will have a panoramic view from a viewpoint, at a distance of approximately 1 km. *The hotel pick-up service included, is not carried out in accommodations located outside the urban area of San Pedro de Atacama, located in ayllus near San Pedro de Atacama (Quitor, Yaye, Checar, Sequitor, Solor and Coyo) or in accommodations in the town of Toconao.

5.00The second time I go to Atacama and close the tours with Willian, always very attentive and requesting. The Atacama landscape then, surreal! It was all beautiful!

3.00I closed on top of the hour, which made me not research well the companies, I closed with them, were very practical and sought after at the beginning, nothing to complain about, but then, I verified that it is a third-party agency, who does the tours is another agency (I did with Pukarumi), nothing to complain about from Pukarumi, the contact with them is great, make things easy, so, I find it easier to close everything directly with them, comes out much cheaper and practical. Traveling with me sold me a tour to Red Piedras, which was not happening, because the park was closed. It turns out that I was not informed about this, put other places in the script (which I discovered on the tour), but that I was not interested in knowing, this without any prior notice. Well, the Pukarumi agency refunded its customers for this unrealized tour, the Traveling with me, did not refund me, on the argument that was made another in place. As I said, I was not informed of anything and did not choose to take another walk. But when I asked, the answer was: “What refund”? Besides, the last two tours I also informed myself directly in the agency there about schedules, since I was without information by this agency. That's it, lack of transparency, so my experience would have been better if I had spent a few more minutes of my time and closed directly with the agency there than with a third-party.

5.00Great trip there Atacama! The agency was very attentive and helped with all doubts. Amazing landscapes, the guides of the tours were very partner and had a lot of knowledge about the sites visit of. I super recommend!!

4.00I really liked the tours. The communication always very good with the agency. We had a great experience. Only one day that had a downtime with the schedule that was changed, but did all right in the end. Indicate the agency.

5.00I did the 9-day itinerary, including Atacama and Uyuni, with the company. I just have to thank you for all your attention and concern for us. They made a detailed schedule and always asked us how the day went and gave us guidance for the next day. We just had the job of being ready for the tours lol. I had the opportunity to see beautiful places and incredible people during these days. I highly recommend!!
Wasted day the driver never showed up

1.00This was a wasted day out of my 2 days in Atacama desert. The tour guide never showed up for pickup. After 30 min of waiting at the agreed spot, I messaged tge tour guide, after 45 min of waiting I received a message their car had an issue. I got up at 6am for thi trip, so by 8 am I lost any opportunity to have a full day tour, just lost a day. Never did this tour operator issue a refund, struggling with Viator now to at least get my money back. Do not use this agency ever, unacceptable experience.
