We will call the day before pickup and confirm all details of travel. We will also provide driver name and phone number with instructions on where to meet the driver on the day of travel. On the day of travel we will pick you and your group up at your desired location and drive directly to the MCO airport. If you need child or infants seats please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we may provide them for your convenience.

1.00BEWARE! We took the shuttle from our hotel for a Carnival cruise. We were told we would be dropped and the shuttle would return since there were only a few of us. Instead they loaded us took us to multiple stops and over a hour later finally headed to Carnival. Had a 10:00am checkin and didn’t even leave the last pickup until 10:15. Stopped at two other ships before making it to ours. $10.00 per person you can do a ride-share for the same price.

5.00Sebastian our driver was wonderful helping with our luggage and friendly. He’s a safe driver. Compared to some of our other shuttle service companies we had on our trip this was a 10+. I would definitely book with Viator again.

1.00LOTS OF FINE PRINT-and they don’t budge. We booked this 3rd party, DO NOT DO THIS! If you have to cancel anything they will refund NOTHING. When we cancelled we were unable to keep our transportation reservation even though we just cancelled the hotel reservation. And they told us upon arrival they wouldn’t transport us-but they were so disorganized they forgot they told us they wouldn’t take us to the airport and took us anyway. Beth was the best part-nicest lady ever!

1.00This has to be the worse hotel I have ever stayed at in 50 YEARS! And I’m still here! If I could leave I would. The place has to be 50 years old & you can tell they continually painted over the old paint. The smell in the room was horrible. We checked in to our upgraded “suite” and got this 2 room, very dated dump. We faced the building next to us (10’ away). The furniture was from the 60’s. The tv (Direct) kept dropping off! The towels were paper thin & only 1 per person! Had to ask for more! Was told when we checked in for our 3 night stay for our Marine Corps Vietnam Veterans reunion that no housekeeping will b provided! Covid? Couldn’t tell me that when I reserved the room? And on top of all this they want to charge me $10.00 to park each night! Are u kidding? I WILL NEVER STAY AT A RADISSON AGAIN! Don’t you!
