We followed the instructions given and as soon as we got our luggage we messaged that we were ready for pickup. Our driver called and gave us his arrival time and license plate number. 5.00Jemal was attentive to our requests and extremely helpful. He even walked to our hotel to help us locate his car and assist with luggage as our hotel was inaccessible by car. Car was clean and perfume free as requested. Very friendly.

2.00We used Viator before and were very satisfied however this last experience was very stressful. Our chauffeur wasn't not there when we got at the airport; we send two messages to inform him we arrived and were at Customs and nobody replied. Finally a very nice driver was able to reach us and drove us to the hotel after a long and very confusing wait.
