  The Sakura Tokyo Private and Customisable Tokyo Tour was a great experience that we had. Our guide-pilot, Kuzi, was wonderful throughout, and at the very beginning. He was extremely punctual and picked us up in time and ensured that the entire day was hassle free. Kuzi spoke an excellent English and thus communication was very easy. He described each location comprehensively and told us some fascinating facts about Tokyo, its history, culture and sightseeing. It was more like a journey of a learned friend and not a driver. The car was spacious and the tour was made according to our choice. We never had to hurry and Kuzi ensured that we saw whatever we wanted. His professionalism and friendliness were what enjoyed the trip even more. Great place to be in case one is visiting Tokyo and has a personalised tour experience.

  Jason was a great driver with a wide breadth of knowledge on the local areas as well as Japan's history, world history, economics and more. Super friendly, and willing to take us anywhere. We went to Skytree, (and shopped/played VR gaming experiences) then headed to the Tsukiji Fish Market for an incredible lunch ( sushi, chicken yakitori, beef sandwiches, delectable strawberries, and an assortment of matcha drinks for our group). From there we elected to go to Akihabara for shopping, retro gaming, a cat café, and vibes. As it got dark, we headed to Odaiba for quick photos of the statue of liberty and rainbow bridge as well as the Gundam by Diver City. Lastly we passed by the Tokyo Tower for a couple quick shots of it lit up before returningto our hotel. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating that I HAVE to recommend Jason, and this tour to anyone! It was a great day, getting to see & experience Tokyo the way we wanted to. We elected to skip the temples/Asakusa since we did Miyajima and Kyoto already and wanted to plan in some things for the kids & gamers of the group. The communication was top notch. I would definitely tell anyone to do this!   Naoki was very friendly and informative. We had a great day, definitely recommend if you want to see a bunch of different areas in one day.

  5 stars! Ken was wonderful! He we great with communication and we had no problem finding him at the airport. He is very knowledgeable and his English is excellent! We were on a long layover (10 hours) and it was a great way to kill time between flights

  Wonderful day with Mike, our driver! He helped us plan a day around our lunch plans, and was very helpful with suggestions of places to see. We have been to Tokyo many times. Mike showed us a few places we had never seen before. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone wanting a tour of the city in a private vehicle.

  We had an amazing tour with Mike! He took us to some amazing places and an incredible ramen place for lunch. He even helped us pivot to more indoor things when it started snowing at our request. Highly recommend this tour!

  We spent an easy and relaxing day with Mike and Hideki seeing the highlights of Tokyo. Everthing was delivered with ease and a smile. Once Mike had a feel for what we wanted to do he offered multiple options and routes which he also updated on the fly when we took some of the attractions out. We finished the day by being dropped at the airport with plenty of time to check in which meant we didn’t have to move our luggage after we left the hotel at 9am. It stayed in the car with us all day too. This was by far the best idea we had for our last day in Tokyo. We visited all the sights with local, English speaking guides to keep us on time and moving in the right direction. No getting lost on trains for us!
